The app was really good till we got the massive update to start paying to talk to the bots. What happened to it just being ads?? you still make money off those instead of having people pay for a robot. I did enjoy it while it lasted and I agree with everyone's comments but I think many people are going to move on from this app just because of this.

bad, they make me wait for hours just to text, this is ridiculous. This app wants money and its making outrageous updates just for people whom isnt paying for their tickets
As it's not possible anymore to chat without a subscription, 1 star is well-deserved. Top ways to ruin your app ;)

I love the app its amazing but the limited message having to wait 3 hour before text again and only getting 20 free messages it ridiculous I thought thats what the ads were for so you can keep texting not to mention the filter on the app has gotten worse
Took away the ability to add extra details about bots and now on top of all the ads, there is no longer free unlimited messaging. I used this app so much because I was willing to go through the ads for unlimited messaging. I'm disappointed and probably going back to c.ai
All they care ab is money

chai was the best talk with ai app and i was obsessed with it but now that it got limited and wants payment in order to chat with it it really makes me sad. maybe someone cant afford to buy premium . i think if chai dosent give back the free chatting its gonna fall hard the rating before was over 3 stars now its lowering real fast(edit: it got unlimited for me for few days and now it got limited again..like wth? stop doing this is just so annoying is it so hard to give us free chats like before
I hope y'all like losing money after what you did with the implementation of the weekly plan that cost $1,539 a year if you go for that or you go back to the original yearly plan that you're keeping sure if people are originally paying the yearly plan I guess they had no difference but those who paid monthly like me do notice the difference. you are going to lose a lot of subscribers I mean you just kicked yourself in the shin there bud. y'all are a bunch of greedy selfish low life forms. 1⭐

I hate the limit messaging thing. it's been a month and it asks me to buy the app 💀. let's return to c.ai at this point ! forget it, c. ai started asking our id as if we are at the bar.
I miss the old chai. I've used Chai for 3 years and waited 3 MOUNTS for the internet connection just to pay for chatting?! I wish you could understand it's not by force. The program is awesome with no hesitation, but now? disappointing.. every bot I had is deleted. I can't even open the app anymore.. I can't stop crying 😭 waiting for an update & missing CHAI more day by day..

It was literally the best app ever but they ruined it. On top of that you suddenly have to pay 10€ a week to use it and that's just ridiculous. I'm very disappointed.

not only have all my chats been erased but also the game keeps telling me to buy some "tokens" to even chat 😭 not a single thing is free in this app.
the preview images from this app says "unlimited messages" but there are 0 messages left all the time. this app is paid, it's not free anymore. this app used to be great, now this app is not worth it anymore.
It was great at first but now I can't even message the bots without buying premium account
when the options of mandatory subscription started I still used it for months using the monthly subscription and whenever we pause the auto pay or if we won't have enough amount in the account and the payment declines..there is a new subscription payment updated and seriously i lost my monthly subscription and it became weekly yet i was using paying the amount and now after the auto payment is paused the new updated weekly payment amount is high too...like why? should we guys use the app or not!

SOOO greedy, its so bad now. the bots have terrible memory, the free chat limits are so bad, or the cool downs/wait times are so long. Ads all the time, and its genuinely so bad
Worst developers, yeah money matters but instead of purchasing your monthly subscriptions people would save that money and buy Black Myth Wukong and enjoy

i used to love this app. and I'm sorry but it's messed up to say its a free app and then force us to pay to talk to the ai bots. I didn't mind watching the ads but this went too far. if it doesn't change soon I'm going to switch to another app

I really loved this app, it entertains me and brightens my day! It's really changed. I can't use it anymore, I have to pay to talk to ai. I've truly lost my passion for using chai again.
ad every 2 messages. greedy Devs, used to be like £13 a month for premium now it's bloody £6 a week that's nearly double the previous price, use different AI edit: they increased it to £8 a week how greedy
It was peak. Until it wasn't. No money? No bots. Greed is one of the worst things humanity pulled of.
