I have returned the powerbank and it is still charging me. I go online support and asked for live agent and if there is no live agent, instead of just waiting in queue, it just completely stop the enquiry and kick me out, not allowing me to have any access to online support so I can't even asked about any issue.

you can't cancel your subscription. I didn't even know i subscribed. now the app won't let me delete my cc information. stay away. I was charged $20 to use a charger for 3 hrs. could've bought one at that price. everything is in Japanese . constantly difficult to use translation

2台以上同時接続するとブツブツ切断されて全く充電できないので、超不便❌💢 充電器1個で、スマホ0%→40%に2時間、そして充電器が切れた。3時間レンタル料金払って、2時間で充電器が死ぬ。あげくたったの40%。1時間分の料金返せバカ。 ヤフー掲示板でも、同問題で困ってる方を何名も見つけた。ひどい件では1時間も経たずにバッテリーが切れたと。 ひどい詐欺商売。改善されない限り二度と使わない。
Battery was not fully charged and only had 3 bars out of four. Only charged my phone for 50% at 1 hour 11 minutes before it ran out. I had to pay for the 2 hour rate without getting a significant amount of cell phone charge. The last bar on the battery only charged for a few minutes before shutting off. Don't expect to get much out of the batteries as they are small and not fully charged.
Don't use! The powerbank only charged a max of 20% and you have to be really lucky to return it to a station that has a free spot. Had to run to 3 different 7-Eleven shops to find a free spot while the payment timer keeps counting.
Was charged despite ongoing promotion, more works need to be done on the app or page to have a consistent positive experience for people using it.
terrible app, don't use it.
terrible in an emergency. Don't use unless you have tons of time to go through a ton of menus, get your cards rejected, try more, try different payment options, get those rejected, and so on.

No matter what battery shows full power but ends up after 1 hr and 2 min still charging for 2 hrs. while returning battery if their machine malfunction than they take the deposit saying battery not returned and will refund after receiving battery.But once the battery is received they charge you for overtime.Horrible experience echarge is far better in HK.$3 per hr and battery capacity is more

It logged me out, and I kept trying to log back in through my google account, the button just never responded. And of course, I open the app in times I needed the battery most, but it drained more battery and I still didn't get a charger in time. Sad.
I wanted to use a 2 month free coupon. the instructions are on web to use it it's only shows IOS application!!! it's crazy also same button doesn't exits on Android application. Can't you even make the UI of android a d iOS same?! Also put same or similar like button to use the coupon I have...

This is a scam! They will deduct 4080 yen for the deposit but they will not refund the deposit after you returned the charger..In my apps it's 430 yen , but when I check my bank account ,they charged me 4080 yen!!! Give my money back!

Very bad customer service, virtually non existent. I had issues after returning a powerbank and they continue to charge me. Tried contacting them multiple times but no one got back to me. Use at your own risk.

Charged for a charger i could not get to a few kilometres, could not contact support. what did even eject a charger if my phone was no where near? McDonald's won't even let me place and order when not near the store.
It's a praud app. I didn't subscribe for the monthly plan, and they started to take monthly fee. I want to unsubscribe, but it's impossible from the app. It's totally unacceptable things. I've been trying to cancel that plan over an hour and couldn't do it. I sent an email to them and am waiting for their reply. Guys, please do not install this app.

第一次遇到歸還後被扣錢的情況,上網查詢說是機台連線問題會延遲歸時間,需要歸還照片跟日期時間才能處理... 不知道會有這種情況,沒有拍照也沒記確切時間就只能自己摸摸鼻子虧錢了...... 以後不敢用了!
