The last person I spoke to told me to make an appointment at a local Chase office to handle my password reset issue. I told the lady my solution was to cut up my Chase credit card. I will do that as soon as I submit this comment. I'm sure many of Chase's departments are excellent, but their Credit Card department is a nightmare.
applied for auto loan promoted in the app by Chase. instead of just telling my my credit was frozen they outright rejected my application. we should all freeze our credit to prevent fraud. chase should have simply told me to unfreeze. hopefully other banks understand how this works
they'll freeze your card without your knowledge and give you late payments on your credit. go elsewhere.

Chase now does not allow use of a computer through the browser website to log in, forcing users to either call by phone or to use this app. This is an inappropriate coupling to the Android app system, and does not improve security.

this Chase app is very distorted white and doesn't have a background where I can read the information that I need to work with as such as putting them in my password the screen is not like I darken my screen from my Android phone y'all need to put a new app on Google Play I'm blinding when I so I need clarity in the app to be able to use it perfectly you asked for feedback where I'm supposed to be able to send this information to

constantly freezes, recent updates made display unwieldy for mobile phone screen
they don't show you everything you've charged on the card just what's currently due. so if you thought paid it all scroll down oppsie!
This bank will steal your money be very careful. It will shock you what they will do.
Your AI assistant is laughably useless. and on top of it, your terrible UI makes the keyboard cover the text field so you have no idea what you're typing. And you won't let me email or message a human rep to ask why you stopped emailing me credit card statements.
keeps trying to send codes to landline numbers nobody has access to. I can't update my number so I have to pay with stamps and a paper check until the account gets cleared out and they eventually close it out.
recent stopped letting me add zelle addresses. claims my phone is rooted. look at the forums thousands of people are basically locked out of the app. Fix your app chase come on. Also why is your app so bloated and slow. Time to fire software development team?.

customer service is so bad. had to call x 4 spend 2 hrs for identification . unbelievably bad service. dont use chase
The CHASE credit card interest rate is high. Individuals with an 800+ credit score should be offered a much lower rate. When an inquiry was made, the quick response was "No." SHAME on CHASE!!
I keep getting this error that my device is rooted or contains malware. My device is not rooted nor does it contain malware. I also do not see why a bank app should be dictating how I decide to use my device.
I've got almost 810 credit score and this is STILL about 30% APR charge. I'm about to transfer this balance, cut up this card and take off Amazon account since that's the only one that charges it!

By far the worst App on the market. Worse customer service ever, barely could understand them, all 4 of the customer service people

App is good when you can get in. when you login with the correct login and password and the app says let's confirm it's you. Text a code, nothing, get another code, nothing, get another code. nothing. Try a different way, choose recieve a call with a code, NOTHING 3 times... I understand security but if YOUR security features are the problem, how secure is my info with you?
I dont care for tge sign on options on app would much prefer an option to use a pattern sign in method.
