Massively drains battery
very good very professional
recently, the app has become unusable. long loading times, information that is out of date, broken features and bugs everywhere. when i check my balance, the number on the hoke screen only updates when i look at my transaction history which means the number is always wrong. loading each page takes 30 seconds plus. approving payments has to be done multiple times because it bugs out, and each time it takes ages. chase used to be market leading but now suck.
update is using all my phone storage space
Significantly slow when compared to other apps like Starling, always lags when trying to approve a payment online, particularly if the app is already open. Suddenly stops working unless you update the app without any warning- which is so inconvenient and makes it unreliable The size of the app is huge compared to similar apps. Update - just tried to complete an urgent online payment & the app stopped me until I completed the app update which has been already recently updated - utter inconvenienc
do not use this bank! completely inept phone staff with horrendous attitudes all for changing phones terrible service

After latest update you cannot enable biometric login, as the app just crashes after you enter your enabling PIN.
I'm trying to updated my chase app , however this device doesn't work ,I don't understand why must we inquire about something who isn't available to help ,on top of that asking my inputs ,if the device work , I'm appalled with lack of integrity with this app ,frankly this company ,should have more effective ,and sensitive towards their customers who does rely on the changes required , I only wishes this company does a better job ,then this ,I didn't to this sending a lengthy messages to aquires
Again, i can't access the app unless i update, again... Why is not possible to access the same services online to avoid this non sense of forever being forced to update my app otherwise i can't use it??? 0
waste of time, not sure if they won't accept a valid UK address, or if Their selfie passport validation doesn't work, either way I'm banking elsewhere, at a better interest rate
After depositing £7000 and transferring £2400 to a family members Wise account, Chase rang me to ask what the payment was for. After telling them it was personal, they suspended the payment for 4 days, which was only sent after I told them it was for "furniture". I complained that it was only a marketing call, and although they claimed to investigate, it resulted in them deciding they had done everything correctly. USA bank, get USA service. I closed the account, which they also made difficult.
didn't even let me set up an account, as well as not providing me any information why.. I also can't try again. thanks Chase. really welcoming.
I always get a whitescreen in the beginning of opening an account in Germany. No error notification. Tried it on a modern smartphone with android.
very slow requires so much space
Good for new customers... Not for old. They just seem interested in getting new customers, but then the good offers are introductory and eventually you're stuck with just ok offers and savings rates. Am looking to switch. Also what is the point in fingerprint login if you keep asking for pin as well??
