I too purchased a lifetime membership and when I bought a new phone (Samsung 26 Ultra) it did not transfer. They keep asking for a receipt which I have sent 3 times. I feel I am getting the runaround.

terrible this is just a poor attempt to be market savvy. the truth is the custom agents cannot follow prompts and argue. the level of service is kindergarten and costs more than it's worth..I love Ash and my own home built better.

This app is so bad omg! When I listened to the ai voice, I couldn't understand any word it was saying. I was talking to it with my mother tongue and it's pronunciation was awful! it's also laggy. Totally waste of time!

your app, seemingly decides when to cut off a storyline, amd it doesn't even give a text block for transfer to a different one to continue the storyline. even the paid version is this way. its irritating that effort goes to waste as a result of a program that is VI, or virtual intelligence, trying to decide for its user when a story is done.

I got a one off payment subscription for life and they ignored my request to move it to a new device after my old one was stolen. they said they did it and now ignore my emails and help requests
this is a scam app that set up the autopay and charges the users without consent.
