I paid for the year subscription in September 2025 and I don't use it much but when I went back into the app it said to pay again and it's May 2026 I'm signed into my account I don't know when they did it but it should be still not wanting money until September if they correct the problem they will get another payment in September not till and if not corrected not again

I was lovin life, until I renewed my annual subscription...now the app doesn't work, - what is that about. I have emailed support several times...to no avail. Does anyone know, what else I can do to get the app back working properly?

all the commercials everything says that you can type your name in and it will give you all the information about yourself that you didn't know existed blah blah blah I download it and the damn thing says no I can't do that so I'm sick of these stupid false advertisements you people put out
app uses up all of the memory on your cellphone, app runs a ton of ads, it tries to make uninstalling the app difficult

this app has not worked for me in 6 months. unfortunately, I did not report it right away, and it renewed. contacted the creator but still haven't received response. waste of time reaching out to them.
quite useless, I typed in names and it didn't know anything, couldn't find anything. everything else costs money so I will be uninstalling it. no good at all.

not what I expected. I was expecting to access Claude and it be able to code for me. this is more like a task helper which I dont find useful. I feel I was misled when subscribing and paid for a year in advance.
