I would never suggest this app. I booked my ticket to Canada for may 14, 2026 and in the midst of war situation, i noticec the ticket says (in capital letters ) that it is refundable and you can cancel it . guess what, they have a really tiny fine print in the bottom that says advice to Travellers, and that says we will not refund you a single penny and we feed on your safety . therefore , I would never ever recommend to use this app use kiwi or book directly from the career and pay 200$ .

do not buy from this company, yes they have great deals however every ticket is non refundable. so if your schedule is unpredictable then this company is probably not for you.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE after service for a flight that was cancelled by the airline
I was looking for a flight date that wasn't available on the carrier website. Cheapoair conveniently showed a different date than I intended. Marked up the price by 50$ and did not show the date anywhere through the booking process. Once I got the ticket and realized the date was incorrect, they asked for a 100$ fee to cancel even though it was within the 24 hour window. Customer service took forever but eventually resolved this. Avoid the headache and just book through the carrier.
I canceled a trip before the travel date. I had to pay for the cancelation. AND they are calling it a travel credit, however I am making payments for the canceled trip. They did not reverse the charges with the 3rd party payment center.

Don't book with these clowns, customer support is non existent. They could not charge me at the point of sale and confirm my booking. Then, eight hours later after i had been forced to abandon my attempt to do businees with them and make other arrangements, they took payment. APPALLING!!

purchased multiple flights for the entire year. Only the some of the flights show up in the app. Currently on a March trip and sometimes the app shows it and sometimes it does not. There is an option to add flights that don't list, but what's the point then of using the app when I can do this on the website. waist of time.
