I have been with cheapoair for more than 20 years. I will never use this app again.
both times each flight the gates were wrong .thankfully someone pointed me in the right direction
Is there any way to give a NEGATIVE star review? I would rate my experience at -5!!! Booked us on a flight which didn't exist, changed our return date without checking with us, booked 2 x outbound and return flights when specifically told NOT TO BOOK ANYTHING!!! Then, while at the airport trying to resolve the issue, spent almost 2 hours on hold with an intermittent chat with some very confused people who had no idea how to help us. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!
this app has so many hucker and spam nothing pretty much is real here, I made reservations to play supposed to be hotel and when I show up was a residential house called "Hotel"and I live here in Florida it's was a house and each room has extra code never can't open, the place so weird 😱

I had a very disappointing experience with Travel Agency. The staff were rude and gave attitude when I didn’t like the options they provided. They offered no real help with changes, didn’t try to accommodate anything, and made the entire process harder than it needed to be.Even though you pay them to handle your booking, you still end up contacting the airline yourself to fix issues. At that point, you might as well book directly with the airline. I do not recommend this service.

probably the worst experience in terms of booking sites. calls are supposed to be answered 24/7 but the line always says that cannot connect. no answer even while calling from their app. would strongly advise against using this Cheap ( good for nothing) service
where is check in
too expensive charge international
purchased multiple flights for the entire year. Only some of the flights show up in the app. Currently on a March trip and sometimes the app shows it and sometimes it does not. There is an option to add flights that don't list, but what's the point then of using the app when I can do this on the airline website. In addition, if you're booking multiple international flights, check your baggage allowance for each airlines 1 may allow you 2 bags leaving.your country but the next flt you will pay.
can't find my upcoming flight
this is horrible never let's you pay the flights and always has booking problems

really bad never buying tickets again from cheapoair
cheapoair is a scam use expedia or go directly to the airlines they changed the flight schedule over 5 times changing the plane losing seats that I already picked tried to cancel the tickets and cheapoair made it as hard as possible to do so my flight is going to be leaving in a couple days and the new seats and flight still isn't confirmed cheapoair is probably going to wait until the day before and say that there was a problem with the booking and im going to miss my trip and not get a refund
The app dud not send information regarding my travel needs yo the airlines regarding my special assistance the flight from Barcelona to Toronto l did not receive any assistance at Barcelona and Toronto as l expected Emirates was good but Air Canada was disappointing in special assistance and customer service. your app has not updated with my travel points and my previous points were also not applied this is the only APP WHERE THE CUSTOMERS LOOSE THEIR EARNED POINTS I AM A FERQUENT TRAVELER .
on Google prices it's cheaper than website app

I can't get a refund. they changed my flight and offered a refund. I have been trying for weeks

worthless using this app just like calling customer service who waited to the last minute to let me know that my original flight was canceled 😞 and that that I had to settle for the only other flight with an 8 hour layover in Charlotte.

Pretty good prices, but I am experiencing a big issue with the pushing from the app for an ongoing reservation of a round trip flight to search for a hotel or rental car. Basically you cannot get rid of that page to search for a new flight. There is no x to close it, the back button is not working. Frustrating that I can't get a new flight
