I like the spicy chicken doubles but they removed the option to add pickles and/or onions on them when choosing them in the "pick 2 mix and match" option. Really mild inconvenience but I loved having those on the spicy chicken doubles. The option works on the regular double it's just when choosing on mix'n'match 2. Thank you.

Terribly designed app, first off theres no need to have strict password requirements on a cheeseburger app, secondly why no option to pay with google play? And if youre going to make me type out my card number every single time then the least you could do is let my phone autofill it. You have a whole drive lane at every store dedicated to preorder pickup and an app this bad? its no wonder I never see anyone in it.

received someone else's order and never got mine and was charged for 31:93
watch where you place order if its the wrong location they will not refund your money and no way to cancel the order. Will never eat here again or order thru there app. There is no way to contact the customer support on the app either.
The old app was great. This new app won't process my cards and instead prompts me to add Google or apple pay (which there's no way to add that I can find). Take my money, it's not hard! Edit: 6 months later and it still won't accept any card as payment that I add.
if a location doesn't have an item you order, getting a refund is like jumping thru hoops......

Every time I use the app I have an issue, today there was a free large fry with a $1.00 or more purchase in which I did & the app said that my reward could not be applied! What is the point of using an app that does not allow you to get your rewards?

Pulled up to window no greeting. Just a rude "how can I help you snd pull in the lane" how rude
I am unhappy with my order. I ordered online 9 big bufords. 3 was to be plain. the other 6 was to have everything on them. instead all 9 bufords were plain. I would like to get the 6 bufords with everything on them replaced. or refund the money I paid for the 6. please attend to this matter ASAP. thank you for your time.

Rewards are no longer redeemable from my app. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck.
The app works marginally at best. Promotions often simply won't apply properly.
Needs work. How would I specify details on an order? For example, if I want the Cheese chili cheese fries how would I order it through the app with shredded cheese but no cheese sauce? Being able to specify makes online ordering much more appealing. I use it often with other vendors. 11/4/21 Still no progress on the app. No response either. No problem, I'll continue using other venues instead. You're blowing it.
went to Jackson Michigan rallys this evening, about 10pm ordered my food, asked for it to be made fresh. everything was hot except for the fries which is the most important thing you want hot. also order a strawberry shake, unable to get that because they had already broke the shake and slush machine down. checked closing time on line it said 3am. why are they breaking the machine down so early before closing time. this is not good for business.
It wasn't broken, so they tried to fix it. Previously it was effortless to put in an order and to even apply a discount. Now the entire app lags when adding items to an order and to top it all off any and all coupons or deals just won't work. Sometimes they'll be expired even though they're being advertised, other times they just won't apply! No error, no message, it just refuses to apply.
