The app has no customer service besides having you call the store your at so if they dont know your SOL and there's no way to cancel the order or get a refund through the app

This app has placed 2 consecutive orders when I tapped the button to add current offers available to me. There was no option to cancel either order. The only help option was to call the stores, but NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONES! I had to leave voicemail messages, but my calls were never returned. I had to call Customer Relations both times, last night and this afternoon, to request refunds. The order today was sent to the W 117th St Rally's in CLE at least 1 hour before I would have been there.

Very disappointing as the Rallys near me just me reopened and this app doesn't work correctly and makes me decide to buy elsewhere that does honor their promotions. 6/26/26 update: still broken. 1⭐️
I applied a coupon on the app and it charged me full price anyway. There's no way to complain on the app so I've called corporate several times. Each time they claim it will be resolved in 3 more days. So they're lying. I won't be going to Rally's anymore. Good job on saving the $4 you owe me.

First time ordering and already disappointed, first ordering mobile, I had 3 rewards and couldn't use any of them, it would of been nice to use the 15% off the ordering. second I ordered funnel fries and apple pie with the rest of the order, and didn't get them. we won't be ordering from there again and its a shame because my husband was excited about this place opening up.
I downloaded this app. signed up. But when asked to sign in with phone number,it won't send me the code. very disappointed. love rallys but can't even use the app at all. I've even called customer service and nothing done in return.

Unusable. It let's you reset your password but it won't let you reset your user name. I forgot my user name and I cannot find how to reset it anywhere. *edit its been almost 3 years since my comment and the same issues are there. I cant fix my user name and cant log in. *edit 1 yr later and still can't log in. tells me to login using my email but won't give me a way to do that. it's stupid as hell.

I just downloaded the app and it won't even open. it just stays stuck on the initial Checkers Rally's loading screen
I've had my account for years. can't log in. phone number doesn't exist but then when I try to sign up for a new account it says my phone number does exist. it says try to login with email yet gives me no way to do so not ordering here any more

App doesn't let you apply rewards properly. that would be a nice 15% off coupon, if I could actually use it. Also have $5 in rewards I can't use. what's the point of a rewards program if it doesn't work??? Also should update the location of your order to restaurants near you. I've accidentally placed an order halfway across town twice.

slow and missing basic items. makes you enter your cards no google pay or paypal
store great, food great, cost great, workers...jerks, app glitchy, incessant notifications for a free item usually something no one orders after paying for a pricier item. no real benefit. if you have the app it's for the one time free burger for signing up...after that getting points should be easy if your a frequent customer, but somehow...no. and my rallys often tells me they can't honor the free item I earned. easy uninstall.
app constantly not working. for over a year i have not been able to reddem a coupon at checkout. the app also doesnt have a feature to automatically send you to the cloest restaurant like other fast food apps.
Like all other recent reviews say, this app used to work great until the most recent update. Now everything looks fancy, and technically you can still place an order, but some things are now broken. Most notably is that you can no longer actually apply any of the discounts or rewards to your order. It shows it processing, but then never applies it to the order or reduces it from the total. Which is the biggest reason for having the app, making it pretty much worthless now. Come on Checkers!
