The hotel which I booked using there id is worse then there app or customer support. Don't use it..!!

Terrible experience... I booked a hotel called Palette Heritage in Varanasi 2 months prior, paid the amount it was showing in my app as booked, I called them one day before the date of journey they assured me again, then when I reached the hotel they said they don't have any booking on my name, I opened app and they changed the booking to some random hotel which is far from centre of the town. I called them but nothing happened. Then I have to find another hotel on my own. you can call me now.
not able to find popular destination like Ooty. when I search for Kodaikanal it shows Chennai properties.
kisne banaye ye mujjasama?? Didnt find any hotels attending family of 4. kids 6yo and above considered adults??? I went to delete my account, and that damn DELETE button is hidden behind keys.. yay! even if you want, you cant click it... my suggestion is to have your product designer and manager test your app, so you shud know what wonders have you created.

Don't book any property through this app. Worst experience at the property booked through this app. I reached hotel at around 9:15 PM along with my wife & daughter but hotel staff of 4 people were having dinner at reception & nobody attended us for the next 10-15 mins. Customer support team is useless whose priorities are only property managers not their customers. They didn't agreed on what we said. Properties listed here are very unsafe & worthless. Didn't got any refund from company.

they are fraud people. They will tell you that there is complementary breakfast and what not but when you will reach the property they will deny everything

Terrible experience. Before booking, I repeatedly asked for real room photos but was given fake “premium quality” assurances instead. On arrival, the room was filthy,dirty toilet, AC not working, low water pressure, faulty geyser, broken window, and TV with no connection. Customer support was useless, made false refund promises 20% that never happened, and took no responsibility. Full payment was already taken, leaving no option but to stay. Completely misleading and unacceptable. Avoid this app

Hotel prices are very high. I checked in Guwahati, Assam-one property was showing ₹4000, but on Goibibo it was available for ₹900 😂
