The app doesn't allow me to check out. I followed the customer service's advice and swapped cards, updated the delivery address, spoke to my bank but I still get an error page. To avoid keep wasting my time they suggested to use the website - website and app can't be synced so everything I've done is lost.
whenever I slide the screen, it stops and I have to validate all the time. it's so annoying.
Placed an order, and they cancelled it ( without refund) stating that a quote was too long. The quote wasn't even in my order, when i asked them what they were on about and attached a screenshot they just replied with a different quote they recommend and said its the only way the order can be printed. I don't even know what order they have received now. It also takes 2/3 days to get a reply back to each email. Still no confirmation or refund.
Bought some 2025 calendars for Christmas present to family and they came with a front page with in big letters 2024! Which make this totally useless...

Une catastrophe avec beaucoup de problèmes de synchronisation !! N'utilisez pas l'application, vous allez perdre plusieurs heures de travail ! Tout va bugger un moment ou un autre et faudra recommencer...
I wish there was a 0 STAR option. Their update lost my 6 months of my work & time For 6m I was working on a family album adding pages each month as the moments were passing, aiming at concluding the album in 1 year in Dec. After updating the app the album stops working, the team wrote an email to me saying that there is no back up of my 6 MONTHS OF WORK, INCLUDONG HOURS of work. There was not even an apology, no words 'we are sorry' and a simple word '10euro for your inconvenience '.
Why is it so hard to select pictures from my albums ????

Impossible d'uploader mes photos dans mon panier. Ça fait 7 fois que je recommence, parfois ça dure jusqu'à 3 heures, sans résultat. En sachant qye je ne quitte pas l'application tout le temps où je les installe. Très chiant.

I can't open the ap
So many bugs....
They are not doing anything other then printout, simple printing machine , out of 20, 4 was not up to mark and jot used so all please ready with 25% loss with every order. -10 rating for this app. Do not use.

Wont let me order again as I've changed my bank details, to then saying go on a website which isn't English so I dont understand. I cant deleted my old orders either! Been months and still cant work it out. Notting simple on this app. I'm very disappointed!
Trying to order photobooth prints & I'm losing my patience, the app keeps not saving the changes I make when I come back into the app having gone off it for just a minute & asked it to save a draft. It then won't let me edit the draft properly & keeps looping round with the same message popping up no matter what option I select. Now its not letting me add more strips either! Such a pain as I've had these prints before & they're really good but this app is so frustrating!
J'ai préparé toute une commande, la moitié n'a pas été prise en compte, tant pis, au moment du règlement, erreur... Donc je ne commanderais pas chez Cheerz... Très déçue...
Really really bad app... They didn't let me select how many photos I wanted. I wanted multiple of certain photos in normal format and I wasn't allowed to do so. So I tried in big format. Ok I could add multiples of the same photo. ...but then I realised at the last minute that they were all portrait yet some of my selection were landscape! So it was cropping out my photos. It's a really bad app. Will try on another one.
The app is really bad. Don't waste your time with it. Do it on the browser. it's almost impossible to upload photos with the app.
Photos don't upload. Tried a number of times, many photos kept failing to upload but the app does not tell you which ones have failed. Will not use again
Really really difficult to edit an order once started, keeps asking you to delete if you want to change, also if you want to change a photo you can't just delete it you have to go back and find that photo and unselect which can take forever!! Also ridiculous postage fees!! £7.90 to post some photos!?! Would have been £25 if I wanted it a day earlier!
Website forces the app on mobile I dont want to HAVE TO install the app to use the service on my phone when a responsive version of the desktop website could do the trick. Other than that Cheerz is great, but forcing the app is scummy.
Impossible to upload pics!! Bad app. I ve selected the pics so many times because the draft wasn t saved !
Terrible loading times and navigation
Could not delete pictures to put others instead, and even when I saved my project, the project had gone back to 30 minutes before I saved it when I opened it again. Wasted a lot of time. I moved the idea of this app, but can't put more stars because of these issues.
The app send me fake notification for discounts, then I open the app and the discount disappears. A bit disappointed.
Too long to load photos
I can't see the photos that I uploaded on the app so I used laptop. The photos I received weren't really that good quality (some are fuzzy) but it's okay, maybe it's due to the fact that some were taken using phone and not camera. The only problem I have is with red color, why it's totally different from red color on the photos I uploaded? It is really sad.
