Be careful giving your card number to Chegg. They continue to charge even after you cancel. We did reach out to chegg. Help was not provided. Then we were ghosted. Our comment stands
Forces users to use Google Chrome when signing into the app. When trying to sign into the app without Chrome installed, a window will appear which says "Google Chrome is required to proceed with login. Please install it to continue". Simply use whatever browser is set as the default instead. Users should be allowed to choose the web browsers they use. I will use the website for the time being until this is fixed.
I can no longer see the answer of books since the beginning of this year on their page. Really disappointed since it was practically the only reason why I was paying. It's annoying how often they ask for a verification code, but the answers are usually good.

I have cancelled my subscription instantly but not got refund , and there is nothing inside it.
i used this app last year it was very easy to use, now there is no option to choose subject like math, biology etc. it is very difficult to use now. when i submit a question frist i get ai solution, i try to send question to experts but i found it very difficult to send in particular subject and expert. the old version was good and the new version is difficult. There should be any option to send the problem direct to the expert without getting ai solution frist.
worst app fraud
I signed up with my google account after I asked 10 questions to an expert my account got suspended and It was only possible to remove that with a password reset which is impossible for users who signed with a google account. And ai asistant kept asking me useless questions for 30 mins without any outcome... 😡😡😡

This app is trash. You can get wrong answers for free using Google, stick to that.

I wish I could leave zero stars this new update which doesn't always allow you to send your question in for a perfessional is not what I signed up for I would like someone to help me with my question so that I can understand it better . Definitely not worth the money to have Chegg anymore

This is app and are useless, I purchased one month, I cancelled the subscription, however they keep deducting my money not monthly, weekly daily, as long as the visa valid your money is the target of those scammers, also during this month I uploaded three questions and got wrong answers, also, I uploaded same questions and got another wrong answers!! Finally, don't believe them, don't trust them, no professionals as they said 🤣🤣🤣
A very bad app is not useful just west of time👎
I paid for subscription, and then all my questions needed to be send to an expert that takes 2 hours to solve 1 question. Waste of money.

This is a very frustrating and impractical app to use. It takes many steps to login, then there's long wait time for some questions to be answered (as they need to be reviewed). I live in Australia - not the UK. Also, I can't find the questions I asked from a year ago, they may have been deleted.
I don't understand how an app that used to be easy to use has become almost completely useless. I can't even login because the app doesn't work. Plus, please let me stay signed on. It's so annoying that after a few hours I need to resign in. Pressing backspace when asking for questions on a problem somehow causes the text I'm writing to become invisible which makes me constantly exit and re-enter the application. The UI should not be this bad for what I am paying.

Don’t buy this! I paid the full amount for a monthly subscription in advance, but they canceled my entire subscription just because I turned off autopay - which is totally unfair. I’ve already paid for the whole month, so I should get access for that period. Also, the mobile subscription doesn’t work on PC. So don’t waste your money.
Whatever you do, DO NOT subscribe to this app. I have had a subscription through Google play for 2 months and have not had access to Chegg. Chegg continues to tell me that my subscription does not exist. I contacted Chegg and they tell me its Google plays problem. I contact Google play and they tell me its cheggs problem as it is their app that is not working. I agree with Google play. They have fulfilled their side as to provide the subscription, Chegg has in no way help me access the app.

They're now forcing you to install Chrome in order to use this app. It is absolutely ridiculous to expect customers to install a second app just to use one app. Google monopoly strikes again. Pathetic.
I can usually find what I need but it doesn't do me a whole lot of good if I get logged out after every question. I'm taking a class where questions already take 10 or 20 minutes per question and if I need help I don't want to spend an extra 3 every time trying to get logged in. it does it when you go from browser to app as well as between questions in the app. this needs fixed so bad. the reason for this app is for a convenient spot to find homework help but they've made it so inconvenient.
