I get a notification for losing a game but when I click it I see nothing. I don't understand how it's so poorly designed

Same rigged match. Same old bots, e4/e5 will clearly shows no difference between rating 100 or 1900. Making great move in 1 sec then really having problem when mating. Making mistakes, but not mated. Resulting stalling/losing by time out. Really wasting time.

Ive veen playing chess for years but i cant belive the amout of times that i lose because my time ends faster than me playing a move.This game its bu..hit rather play old way on a chess board.And they have subscribtions as well and for what?I meet a cheater every 10 games and i get muted from day 0 on the chats whithout knowy why ? Bad app and bad habit expecially for those that want to learn more about chess.On top they have adds if you dont subscribe 😂
Too many cheats. Almost every player is using an AI, low-level players are making grandmaster moves in seconds. Chessbots have killed this game.

Players are leaving the game and I have to wait a full 8 minutes and when the minutes run out the game doesn't end the minutes stay at 0.00.1
wrost experience specially in bullet matches
cada vez mais incluem animações desnecessárias no board que só servem para desconcentrar. As ultimas animações incluidas não consegui nem encontrar aonde desativa: não tem necessidade do rei ficar vermelho quando está em check, ao aparecer uma animação dourada toda vez que uma peça é selecionada.

can you disable the cheap new 2000s css animations? so ugly overlaying the pieces, looks very low effort
this game is probably one of the most addictive games I've ever played, and it's really fun too. but i don't understand the way it adds and removes points, instead of the standard +8 or -8 you get when you win or lose I've been losing 8-10 points per loss and when I win I only get back 6 or 7 which is very very annoying, even draws minus points from me now whether I was in a better position or not and I can't understand why. please do something about it
