Not a good app. Can't even sign in because by the time I go get the verification code from my email it closes the page in the app, and also the browser.
Somehow this company managed to make their food worse and cost more. Won't be eating here again unless I can see some negative price movement and would like to see a commitment to quality improvement. Basically the worst deal in fast food these days sadly, used to be such a gem.

Started with Dwarf House, nowets close the Jimmy Carter location.

updated app & it wouldn't let me order ahead + made my gift card disappear that I added yesterday. couldn't add it back since it's been transferred to the app
What's the whole point of having the app for ordering ahead If they are to close to get the breakfast if you are a couple of minutes late for picking up. if order take out is for you have it done and I'll just go and get it whenever I find it convenient. Do better Chick-fil-A.

tried to use it to place a to go order, said there were no stores near me (there are multiple). I tried to manually input my city and it gave me error messages. completely useless, why bother.

I selected to pay with gift card, but they used my debit card and refused to refund my debit card and use the gift card when I asked to correct it. Not doing chick fil a anymore.

And after reinstalling the app, it says you have a VPN enabled (I don’t have a VPN) and you can’t log into your account. All the positive reviews here are bought. I paid for my order at the register, and now I can confidently say that the only thing worse than their app is their food, lol
Cost more than most restaurants now. stop letting places like this rip you off.
Mobile pick-up option straight up lies about estimating wait times. "0 minutes". So why am I waiting more than 10-15 minutes behind ten others in the mobile pick-up line? Yes, I'm here during the lunch rush, no, I'm not in the drive-thru line, yes, I know I'm not waiting an obscene amount of time. But I should also be able to trust an app, and not write it off as more ensh!ttified service. I'm just tired lol
The app wouldn't let me login. It said it couldn't due to VPN issues even though I never logged in before with a VPN. Chick-fil-a's support center said if I just didn't use the app for 72 hours, the issue would resolve itself. However I was given a reward in the chick-fil-a app that would expire in less than 72 hours. So the whole point of using the app to save money was being robbed from me due to a technical glitch. Chick-fil-a's support center couldn't connect with me with anyone else to help
They removed the chicken noodle soup from the menu, so I removed their app. Bye Felicia, it was the only reason I gave y'all money.

This app kicked me out and I can't sign back in so I can't use my points or the $150 on my account. I cannot express to you how obnoxious this is and it has gone on for months now. The employees tell me I can "just scan my receipt later"... impossible. The error msg says it is on their end and I'm just out $150. I don't have a VPN or privacy browser, I have reinstalled, and have already tried to talk to customer service.
