This app auto adds things that are not included with the meal and upcharge. Burger w cheese, does not come w cheese. Salad, does not come with cheese. These things auto add and jack up the price. Really shady format. Booooooooo Chilis! Whomp!

This Chillis App Does Not Allow Me to Create a New Login Account or Login Into My Old Account..
Can't pay with credit card or Google Pay. After inputting the order and entering payment information, payment fails with an error message. I ended up just using the website which worked fine with the exact same credit card. There really is no use for this app because the website works almost exactly the same anyway.
Used to work great. Now always has issues with password even though it works fine on the website!
won't be using this again. they use door dash and who the heck knows when you food gets to you. and they dont tell you this. you find out when a 10 min drive turns to 25. if I knew this I would have just used door dash as it would have been the same with direct to me. the fact that you have to chose that is stupid.
I couldn't place an order because the required fields were disabled so I couldn't fill in my last name an email. Very disappointing to select food for the entire family and then not be able to actually order.
the app automatically adds a 20% tip to all orders. regardless of pickup or delivery. if you move off the screen the change payment option or change your order it'll switch it back to 20% tip even if you already changed the tip amount! watch yourself. they just got me for a 15 dollar tip on an order I picked up myself.
You can't buy anything if you don't leave a tip. That's ridiculous! so now I'm paying the cook's salary and whoever puts the food inside a bag. Do they work for free? they don't get any payments hourly? This is Ludacris! I don't recommend this app at all!!!
Fail to point out the size of the patties, on the different burgers. Go scam elsewhere

Can't pay with gift card at restaurant. Expects you to enter it on app now . You just lost a $80 order. Will eat somewhere else. Nope fix your stupid app continues to be a trash app
Says last name and email is required but it's greyed out so you can't even place an order
"encourages" you to use Google pay. won't save payment info for your use, but will sell that data to Google. place is good, but just as terrible of a company as everything in America. the update made the app slower, and hides the confirm credit card behind the android recent apps button.
worst app, no communication

The forms on the checkout page won't let me input the necessary info to complete an order. The onscreen keyboard doesn't appear at all.
It's ok. They have button to "reorder" previous orders, but it then just says "order online". Its 2026 and not that hard to make an app work. Why do I need to order online if I can just do it on the app, isn't that and online order.
horrible app. I can no longer customize my order. example: I want no bun, that customization is now gone :(
Messed up my order for me by defaulting to the new menu item instead of the normal menu items. Why on earth would ANYONE want 2 sides of black beans with their crispers instead of fries WHY would it default to that WHY would it pretend like that was the normal chicken crisper combo????

they did away with a free drink reward. they also got rid of unlimited soup and salad and the 3 for me options arent that good
well 2 times ive ordered they messed up order the first time i called cause my wife had asked for something special to b done thy jacked up the order today I got a chix strip plater thy forgot my fries how tf yu forget tht I called the ladie was being rude I live a was outta town so I couldn't go back point is thy sux
Location doesn't work. Whether I use zip, city, or GPS, it won't pull up the location that I need (or any location for that matter).
It won't let me sign in it makes the page too large for my screen phone or tablet. I always have to order as a guest and miss out on the rewards 🤨
Please fix the app when you order a kids' meal. The only option for a drink is a water. You should have 8 drink choices. DO BETTER !! 😡
You really just don't want to add any way to get a refund on this app when y'all mess up a pickup order do you? If you're afraid if you do that you'd lose too much money, (because as we know most people don't want to call or go back into the store because associates with attitudes) have the people at the restaurants do their jobs correctly the first time.

The App to create an account wont even let you hit agree and join, im on an Android S24 Ultra and I cant even scroll down to press join.

This App Sucks. When I try to create an account and try to put in my second password I can't scroll down to enter it. This app sucks. I hope the people running the restaurant aren't as stupid at the App creator.
I think chili's ashamed of their prices since they will not post them on their menu.

I go to chili's atleast once a month. I would like to get my rewards but I can't create an account when I go to have someone call me back it says my first name is not valid. So chili's is awesome, the app sucks.

me encanta ir a chilis pero ayer tuve una mala experiencia ya que la persona a la entrada me hizo una cara de enojado y de paso la comida no estuvo nada buena la hamburguesa 🍔 estaba sin tomate muy desabrida y sin sabor que lastima ojalá les enseñen a sus empleados a tratar a las personas sin prejuicios todos somos iguales.
