I'm closing my account and switching, my life isn't well off enough that I can wait an extra week for each paycheck.
support agent said he blocked a retailer from trying to charge me for a subscription I didn't make week later (just before I put money into my account) I get another request for money I called support again and canceled my account moneys tight and if they would of took that subscription fee I wouldn't for been able to pay utilities so CHIMES CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEFINITELY LACKING.....NO BUENO...(response to developer) I already deleted my account and cut my card so I have no need to call you✌️

CHIME INFORMED ME AN ATTEMPTED FRAUD DEBIT WAS SUSPECTED ON MY ACCOUNT, ASKED IF I DID IT, I CONFIRMED IT AS FRAUD, CHIME ASSURED ME THE TRANSACTION WAS BLOCKED & FUNDS NOT RELEASED... IT WAS A LIE!!!! THEY TOOK MY $ & MIGHT RETURN IT WITHIN 2 WEEKS, EVEN THOUGH I EXPLICITLY STATED DONT GIVE IT!THEY SAID THEY WOULDN'T GIVE IT, ONLY FOR THEM TO DO EXACTLY WHAT I SAID DONT DO!!!!!!!
do not install this app i had this app since 2019 and it keeps giving me issues don't download this god awful app I'll be switching to something different this app isn't worth it anymore I regret downloading it
Horrible experience with their fake so called credit builder. My credit score was 625 and I was trying to build it up by using this fake worthless piece of I won't say that. It literally dropped my TransUnion score by 57 points the first month I used it in April. I just checked my score again and it just dropped my Equifax score by 61 points this month May. I could've used the Extra card and wouldn't have went thru this. I thought Chime worked like that but it doesn't. Go get an Extra card.

Chime hired Managers like Irish to steal from their customers. This is the first time Chime will not return my money from a merchant for service not rendered and the merchant is sending me emails fighting me. I need my lisence but this company is keeping my money & Chime is helping them. I moved to another institution who gets my money back not help the thieves. I removed savings & cut my bills off but Chime keeps running them. When you let a merchant steal, really they stole from YOU.
Everything was good until my cards # were stolen and I was told that after they done with the investigation I might get my money back in 90 days, when my other bank replace it at the moment.
It's user friendly at first but once you accidentally sign out you will not be able to access your account anymore. You can only access your account through the website it's a hassle. The app will not be useful anymore, no matter what you do, so my rate is only one star. This is my experience.
MyPay changes its size in the app where the bottom selection "Next" can not be seen nor scrolled down to. It takes deleting all cache and data in Android settings just to use that one function lately.
chime blows they will deny random checks
be careful using chime at the gas pump. they like to keep your money after the hold and lock your account and leave you stranded at gas stations. this has now happened at least three times. your "support" refuses to expedite even when I have the station rep on the phone with the release authorization you need. I have already reported this to the Better Business Bureau
unable to open an account
I downloaded the app right after creating my account and it didn't let me log in, it always says "try later" I did everything, I reinstalled the app, reset my phone, I called the phone number for assistance and it wasn't even a persona that answered it was an AI assistant that did not help at all. at least I did not put money in there but now I have an account that I can't use.
where is my money that was taken out of my bank and sent to my chime account bet y'all never placed it on my account $200.00 this is the 3rd time the first was $100.00 the second was $75.00 I have the receipts from my bank.

I had 4 representatives tell me that I was going to be getting reimbursed for a theft that they recognized as one and nothing was resolved. don't put your trust with these people - they are just as bad as the thief that stole from me!!! If you just need something simple for a short time, it's fine. Been using them for 5 years and it's just gone completely downhill. The only things that seem to work are SpotMe and their own loan programs. You can't get traditional loans with these guys, and getting paid "up to two days early" is a straight up lie. I've got their "prime" membership and the features still don't work. Customer service is a joke, too It's just an AI that's no help whatsoever
Made an account with chime last week and haven't been able to access my account on the app since. Their promo graphic is covering the "Log in" button which makes it unclickable, so I can't even access my account. I sent an email to report the bug but was prompted to call them. Don't have the time to sit on the phone with their customer service just to tell them their Log in button doesn't work. Check your app more often if you're going to put promos on it to make sure everything still works.
I no longer have an account because I keep getting my debit card number stolen and there is more I got my identity stolen too because of a data breach. I loved it for a long time since I had all that stuff I don't do any more. I closed my account because of that.
