I have been a loyal customer of this app for a long time.The app was easy to use, generally cheaper with better offers.Recently everything about this app has become trash.The offers are almost non existent with minimum cart value so high, coming with a minuscule discount in comparison.The cashback thing is ridiculous, sometimes its 7 days, sometimes its 30-45.The food quality & quantity has gone down drastically.I miss the old app. I am gonna stop using this if this is how they run the app.

Every time your team is expert in saying,"we acknowledge our mistake and will take action" however no improvement till date.. truly pathetic experience.. shame on Team

one of the worst delivery experience.Ordered just one chicken noodles (Order id 1443319)at 9:19 pm from Chowman Rajarhat.In between followed up twice with restaurant .It was told it will be delivered within 40 mins.After not getting any update till 10:20 pm when contacted customer support they reluctantly told 1 more hour is required. THIS IS PATHETIC.THE ATTITUDE OF THE RESTAURANT STAFF AND THE CUSTOMER CARE WAS EXTREMELY CASUAL

I have been a frequent customer of Chowman for a long time, but after today’s experience, I will never be ordering from them again. I ordered Mixed Hakka Noodles (Order #1441534) specifically for a guest who loves prawns. To my shock, when the food arrived, there wasn't a single prawn in the dish. It was essentially a bowl of blunt, tasteless boiled noodles with a few measly scraps of chicken and egg. It felt like no effort was put into the seasoning or the preparation-it was incredibly bland.
Careless management. I ordered from this app during a rainy time period which I know is a bit difficult to deliver but still in the hope that I will get my meal I placed the order. They showed up to deliver the order at 12:38 am (I placed the order at 10:25 PM) I was ready to wait for my meal but at 12:00 am the restaurant called and told me they cannot deliver my order due to weather issues. I told them that they could have informed me early about this but they just kept apologising. Very Bad.

Had given it a 5 star before but recently found my account blocked. Reason was very vague even after recommending friends and family about this app and the restaurant. I will use chowman or eat from here...but this APP BLOCKING is pathetic.... The food is still alright... but donno about the quality in a few months or years. I used to love Chowman.

I ordered a single dish and it took 3 hours delivered and the distance from the resturant to the location is 20 minutes by foot. A oder placed at 10.12 pm got delivered at 12.59 am.
Very bad service. They take longer time than usual to deliver an order. Moreover they fail to keep the committed time limit to deliver an order. The food quality is good but their logistics service is poor. Hello Chowman! please pull up your socks. This is a competitive market and a poor service might consequently lose your customers.
