Seems like a data stealing app. You can only open this photo app if you give it permission to sync your contacts. If you decline that permission, you can not open the app. Do not download.
Why do you need to make phone calls on my phone for me to make a photo? Ew
Must allow the app to sync with your contacts to use. Spyware. Uninstalled. Not recommended.
Don't like apps that try to take control of your phone and make major settings changes. Uninstalled immediately.
