Terrible app. ZERO privacy respect or control with this app, nor any ability to edit my OWN PRIVATE INFORMATION without having to email someone to ask them to do it. It's cumbersome & aggravating. Nothing is intuitive on this app. It takes a whole lot of clicking back & forth on things to get info, yet even so, 85% of the time I end up having to Google for a direct link to the specific event, etc page I need on the church website instead because the info isn't even on the app. Deleting acct.

Unprofessional & creates miscommunication! FIX‼️: I keep telling the app to stop the event notifications, but they keep coming, anyway!! So annoying
I deleted the app and I quit the groups. that I was in. Upon second thought, I re downloaded the app and I rejoined the open groups that I was previously in. Now that I rejoined my previous groups, my access to check-in for my groups has been revoked and no one in my group knows why either. My groups no longer give me an option to say yes, no or maybe if I could attend a future group meeting in the weeks or months ahead.

I have a BS in Computer Science. This is a owt peeve of mine about security codes. When you retrieve the security code by popping off the screen. When you try to pop back into last screen in Church Center screen of giving money to church to your respective bank. The screen for security code of your particular bank's security code requires you to pop off Church Center app. When you pop back on Church Center app to enter your security code from bank, mine is USAA, the screen is the home screen.
I am an adult, and after a year of usage, I have no chat access due to sudden bday verification. Not giving this app such info just to use a chat in a church app; just another sneaky jab at data collection. It's true this app makes admin micromanage more which is stressful. 11 y/o using YouTube and here they are worried about 12 y/o seeing scriptures? It's a church app, for crying out loud: not some inappropriate app. I am considering deleting altogether. Wish I could uninstall stupid updates.
Would rate it zero stars if I could. Horrible user interface. God forbid if I want to delete a profile. Don't waste your time

On my Lenovo tablet this app is very slow.
It was fine before.. It was clear, easy to use, so far not so much.. it doesn't seem to be able to find the church we go to 80% of the time and when it does find the church. it's harder to get into..also more difficult to put your tithing in.. that was one of the easiest things about it when we first started using the app. need to make it easy for everyone please..
so it's continuously crashing in a chat anytime. I tried to type something that will come up error and not allow me to respond to the chat. but if I send a message within the app that it asks for about the problem you're having, it will immediately send the chat I was trying to send and then I can go back to the chat room and actually read it and respond to others to a degree. but I pretty much have to send an error message to whoever is over the chat to respond to any message.
App REQUIRES ADULT BIRTHDATES and COPPA does not require adult birthdates - it requires protecting children; must contact someone at the church office (gender, marital status, birthdate). No church-specific privacy policy accessible from the app. App collects private information of adults (birthdate) alleging it is to protect children who use the app. I don’t see the value of collecting adult private information, need a different option.
Navigability between churches is very difficult. For a person who attends and supports multiple churches across the US, switching churches tends to lead to crashes or dead ends.
I cannot check in on app anymore. It says no location. I have been using for over a year and it just started this Update: now I can check in for in person but not for online services. Please fix this.
