So annoying. I am trying to sign in and not create an account but it still defaults to create an account and tells me that my phone number is already in use in a different account. Extremely frustrated since I can't use my points that I have accumulated. Maybe that's Church's master plan.

Always stuck loading while going to checkout screen. I have cleared the cache, updated the application, turned on WiFi, turned WiFi off. Once on this screen I drove from work to the restaurant and had the application out and loading. It was a 15 minute drive. It was still loading and wouldn't let me do anything but go back and then try re-loading at checkout. Edit: Forgot to mention that it has done this multiple times. If it gave an error that would help. instead it keeps loading forever.
privacy concern. the app forces you to give them your location. why can't I enter my zip code manually? I don't like trackers.

horrible app my location it's always down and can't redeem anything , there's never any coupons like before so sad.
This app worked 1 order and now its trash better off just ordering in person than wasting time with this thing

picked up order, chicken partially greasy and over cooked! Fries cool, but not fresh. Drink 75% ice..really poor service when I went to drive thru and told they would not remake my paid for meal!

Ordering online was the worst mistake I made. The escalation team never got back to me. And I lost out on my money as well. I won't recommend it to anyone.

Do not recommend
stood in line for 30 minutes just to order online
