I wasn't going to argue over chicken, so I told her I would get a refund. Contacted Church's through their app, explained the situation. They contacted me through email and said in LESS THAN 48 HOURS I would get a respond. Guess what? No respond. DO BETTER!

I placed my order online and when I arrived; 13min later, I was informed that my order had not been prepared. What is the purpose of pre-ordering and pre-paying for your food if there is no one at the restaurant to pull the orders and begin preparation?
App is fairly useless. You have to be in proximity of a location to "scan" in your points. You have can not use instore coupons(even though there is a option to use in sotre), you have to order only while in person and there is no option of dry seasonings on chicken. Horrible.
unable to scan my receipt and the number on the barcode doesn't work I keep getting an error message
Since the new update I have not been able to access my account. I sign in but then it sends me a one time code to my email. I input it then it sends me to input my name and phone number. i hut submit but it says phone number used in another account. Very aggravating because I am just trying to sign in and not create a new account. I do not want to loose my hard earned accumulated points.
the time they said it would be ready was WRONG! It took 40 minutes longer. they helped all these other people before us and we ordered on line. had I known it would have taken this long I would have gone somewhere else. I couldn't even cancel my order. I got no apology no nothing. just bottom of the tray scraps of Mac and cheese. I've never been more disappointed with this location. they just ignored not only me but the people behind me. I don't know what was with the guy at the counter, Malik.

I called the hotline and spoke to a live person and no return call/email has been received from Church's.
customer service is not all that great..
In the app the prices are not displayed until you add items to cart basically, also deals and promotions are not easy to apply. Installed to try to use the codes received by mail. they do not work, also not accepted in store.
