This app was top of the line for years! I paid the yearly price gladly . But now???? They do not provide any form of customer support. All they want is your money and give not one damn how the service is working for you.

it used to work great, it's awful now, I don't know what changed it's not connecting to TV for many people so I'm deleting it, advising others to do the same
it stopped working while still having subscription. tried to reinstall it and buy it again and it stole my money.

Why did yall change the layout of this app? The app was fine before, the new change has messed up everything. I cant fast forward nor rewind and it starts over after trying to fast forward. Please change it back to the way it was. After reading the reviews it looks like a great bit of people are having the same issues with the new update. I cant even watch my shows now without it being a hassle.

I've just canceled my subscription. It stopped casting to my tv and wanted me to login. I couldn't remember my password bc this app ran so smoothly for so long I didn't need to login and out. The verification code never came to my phone and I tried numerous times, so I can no longer login to my account. It's unfortunate bc this was great while it lasted. Canceled.

I can't see movies from medium
fraudulent charges by this company. 5.43$ for a service I never signed up for they have tried monthly for years and occasionally are successful on a card I closed years ago. capital one doesn't even know how it's possible. the reverse the charges every time and then the cycle behind again a month later I get an email that states a charge was declined and monthly attempts will go on until they figure out a way to force the charge again. very annoying
it will keep trying to charge you card even if you cancel your subscription
