Employee rung me up wrong, Also not gd at ringing up correctly nor making the correction. Communication breakdown unable &/or unwilling prob. incapable to do their 6422 Benjamin Tpa circle k J O B.
I punch my loyalty phone number in, hit inner circle, go through the whole process while the clerk is still ringing stuff up, put in my debit card, punch in my number, she finishes ringing me up, machine is still asking for a payment, by this time im sick of waiting I should be out of there!, so I reput in my card pin and everything and forget about the loyalty, again!, and lose out on the discounts! NO BUENO!!! ALL EMPLOYEES SHOULD GIVE THE WARNING STATEMENT WAIT UNTIL TRANSACTION ENDS!
I bought gas at circle k and it didn't even say how many gallons of gas I put in my vehicle.It say Scan me, my tablet just stares at it.I thought I tried there app And immediately it bugs me to login . I serious doutes going Circle k shopping again. Tell me to call is not exceptional to me I mis employee helping me, besides showing me how to use there machine
Everytime i enter circle k..they always ask me if I have a account .I've been trying to make a account for 2 months now and it won't let me ..Everytime it sends me the code to my phone number it just continues to say that I'm the code is wrong

if you punch in your number early before the total gets processed sometimes your inner circle points dont go through. So you have to wait for them to ring everything up, punch in your phone number and then debit card. I like fast transactions this isn't it. I go to a gas station to get in and out, not shop around. if I cant get the deal when I bring it up to the counter whats the point. if I need to waist 5mins to save 2 bucks its sad. Can't bury me with the 2 bucks and I cant get that time back
Pretty disappointed. I used to be a regular Circle K customer. Loved their Sip and Save program but I guess they don't have that anymore. I was told this Inner Circle thing was similar and that by joining I'd get first 5 or 6 coffees free then every so many (6 or 8?) you'd get a free one! I'll be near CKs more now, so it sounded good! I was excited, I kinda miss their Columbian coffee! But after downloading and signing up.. it doesn't give me any of that, just gas discounts and I don't drive!
I bought the Cutwater White Russians, but when I tried to get the rebate, it said there was a problem and to pull to fix it.
