Citi is the worst. Citi has always given me the worst support because I have an old sears account that has been managed by citi for many years. and it keeps getting worse and worse.
App doesn't work. Tried logging in 3 times, account deactivates only for it to get locked when trying to reactivate it. This has happened 3 times.
I dont like the citi bank at all because if there is a charge it's show the charge 1 day and disappears for 3 to 4 days then again its show up in the acount. Thanks

From app, go to profile, setup alerts. Push Notifications are instantaneous and provide great assurance of security. Also Text or email. Choice of instant view vs. login is beneficial. FICO Score, spending report, other great features. Fingerprint biometric login is always reliable. Layout format and data detail is useful and always up-to-date to the minute. Citi customer service is exceptional 👌. My favorite app. Update: they share with third-parties. Disabling not straightforward. Now 1 star.
