यह पूरा का पूरा फेक ऐप है इसमें कोई भी राशन का सम्मान नहीं दिखता है और सब आउट ऑफ स्टॉक दिखता है यह सिर्फ लोगों को डाउनलोड करने के लिए मजबूर किया जा रहा है इसमें कपड़े और स्वेटर जैकेट ऐसे कुछ अगर वगैरा समान भेजते हैं राशन का सामान कुछ भी नहीं आता है इसमें यह मेरे हिसाब से एक चाल है जिससे कि लोगों को इस ऐप को डाउनलोड कर लें और सस्ते सामान के लालच में कपड़ा खरीदे थैंक्स|

I don't know why but app doesn't show me items I'm so confused then I go to help option I will do every step that the told but but unfortunately app don't work please do something the app help was to bad 👎 please make it others aaps help so good please update it
we have to use the app because all the products shared only open in the app. then the app does not ask you your current location on the 1st run.
when ever I choose my item it's in screen. writing say "sorry we couldn't found any item" "

The worst experience i have ever on this application i will not use this application again. they do not give refunds of cancelled products. Moreover they simply text that refund has been sent but there is no refund I have received.
I placed a prepaid order, but it was taking too long to be delivered, so I canceled it. I had paid around Rs. 517 for the order, but when the refund came, only around Rs. 367 was refunded. About Rs. 150 was deducted, very bad experience, I think this is froud app

The service of this app is absolutely useless. Whatever you order, you receive it in an open packet and it is not packed properly and the quality of the item is also very low and there are so many issues in returning it. There is more facility in Meesho app than City Mall that return can be done very easily. I ordered a total of five items but not even a single item was found. The mistake happens once and not again and again. I am very disappointed with City Mall app.
