Scam trips. I tried to book a tour through this platform only to be victim of a scam. The people in charge of the tour canceled it the night before, which was outside the cancelation window for customers. When I placed the complaint they were supposed to reach back with a solution. Now they just stop replying. They stole my money as no refund was issued and even worse ruined a long planned vacation.

no entiendo porque después de la última o penúltima actualización a dejado de funcionar ( samsung galaxy s24 Ultra) y antes de eso hacía una reserva pero justo en el momento del día mismo no me sali por ningún lado la reserva o link de ella ni en actuales ni en pasada , no entiendo porque ahora está rota ya que se sale y dice que así un error y así siempre. arreglando por favor porque antes merecía mucho la pena.
El servicio de traslado de aeropuerto barajas madrid no fue prestado el 2.de septiembre a las 3pm . Cambié en la aplicación la hora de recogida a las 3:00 p. m. mismo vuelo y mi reserva fue cambiada por Civitatis oficialmente( me.envio la nueva reserva adjunta), pero el proveedor local en Madrid no apareció a esa hora. Llame al numero de atencion que viene en la forma ( imagen de llamada);y ellos me dijeron que no fueron notificados por parte de civitatis, pero yo si fui notificado del cambio y
non riesco a vedere le disponibilità per qualsiasi prenotazione in qualsiasi posto. ho dovuto disinstallarla e reinstallarla vediamo se funziona.
Fill a free trip with civitatis in a city, the guide didn't even wait one minute for us, not even call us. Customer support didn't help, If that's free I don't want a paid version.
⛔Be aware!!! Today I want to share my experience with Civitatis, a platform that seems professional on the surface, but in reality, it’s 99.99% a hidden scam. Here’s why: 1. Cancel and lose everything. If you make even the smallest mistake during booking and cancel (even for just a moment), forget about getting your money back or reactivating the service. They’ll just say it’s “not possible” because they work with third-party providers. So what’s the point of Civitatis then?
si tienes un imprevisto de última hora no hay un teléfono de urgencias ni nadie que pueda ayudarte, y cuando te responden lo hace un chatbot que no resuelve el problema...vamos que te dejan tirado... Get Your Guide es mucho mejor
app is horrible. when I try to check availability and book a tour, the app keeps saying "Oops, something went wrong. please try again later. " I've been trying for 5 hours.
Do not use this app or service. Very unprofessional service that cancels trips without warning. Also it wasn't a tour, it was a transfer
No good experience.It's not recommended to use it.I booked a Sena River trip in Paris in a day that the system allows me and it was information about availability on that day but on the pdf information received on a email it was no availability for that day; Then I called the customer service to confirm the information, and they said that the last boat on that day it was at 6:30pm but it was not information at all about it unless you call them. I miss my trip due to the missing information. ☹️

Al reservar el Tour, te piden como requisito que introduzcas la tarjeta de crédito. Haces el Tour, pagas al guía lo que consideras y a los 15 días te envían un email comunicándote que "cómo no has asistido" te han cobrado 5 libras por cada miembro de la reserva.
Dummy and buggy app. Always shows that credit card is invalid.
Only use if you don't have any other alternative. Descriptions are misleading and the customer support completely useless. They have some good tours, but it's a lottery.

Uninstalled pointless. Not Working properly Always ssme message saying 6 hours in advance and were 12 hours still rejected
We are world Travelers. Have been to ALL 7 Continents. Civitatis could not process our credit cards. Website had issues. Support was no help. Horrible. Do not use Civitatis. We Booked all our Tours and excursions through a competitor called Get Your Guide.
De vergüenza. Dos veces han cancelado el mismo tour y en ambas decia que quedaban 2/3 plazas... Vaya basura y que poco professionals. Lisboa.
Account activated. Tried several times to sign in. Always told "something wrong." Just what I figured from an app that sounds like a disease.
The worst experience ever, nunca te devuelven ni una moneda, así canceles y se cobraran todo el dinero de tu tarjeta sin tu autorización. No recomiendo esta aplicación. La peor experiencia.

I'll probably delete it again.

Además, al obligarte a escoger un día y un lugar para buscar, es difícil buscar tours en otros días o que vayan a los alrededores. Me gustaría que la mejoraran porque podría ser muy útil, ahora simplemente, no lo es.
