I can't register at all. F rustrating.
No funciona. No puedo ni entrar usando mi DNI y fecha de expedición. Da error y luego se bloquea por intentarlo varias veces.
llevo varios días intentando ingresar, llamando a soporte y aún así no lo solucionan
I am a non resident trying to register Cl@ve. You cannot do it online, but you can do it at a Tributaria/Suma office with an appointment, but you cannot get any appointments at any of the offices. What a joke. Found it impossible.!!!

Useless! I try to log into my mi DGT. Clave doesn't work. Then clave app logs itself out and doesn't accept my support number. Yes it was written to the right way with the E and all the bs that has to be there! And now I have to wait because I got blocked, because this system can't ffff read a number that I write there. It's not a governmental app it's a joke..... I can't believe that in the 21st century we can't have a normal working system to make people's life easier.....
mas de 30 ententos y no funciona
first in the options to register is by video and in capital letters it is declared as the best way,as mentioned too in this app. However, clicking on it you discover it is not possible as it will be "available soon".. seriously? Despite the reply it doesn't make clear on the app,so you have to fill in your identity info to THEN discover that. Instead of writing,in English, that it is the highlighted method ONLY for people with DNI. That's the definition of "USER-FRIENDLY".
Very frustrating to use! have gone through the same steps numerous time and it either cuts out and returns to the start or says the data couldn't be processed now ( no further details offered). I messaged tech support days ago and no reply either. So, because it doesn't save partial progress all i can do is try again and keep my fingers crossed. Utter rubbish, to put it politely!

Really difficult to use, instructions unclear over complicated and I don't know what to do even having used my own translation apps. Spain makes it very difficult to pay taxes!
I dont understand what it is? tried to enter NIE and support # 5 times! gave up. Totally useless digital ID!, has to be a joke!
No funciona
Pesimo diseño, UI, UX. Imposible registrarse. Ninguna vía funciona: la videidentificación aparece activa pero dice “próximamente”, el certificado electrónico da error 403, la opción de carta al domicilio fiscal se bloquea por “razones de seguridad” y el buscador de oficinas presenciales no arroja ninguna oficina. Consejo: estudien las apps de paises más profesionales y que si funcionan. Por ejemplo: Australia. Ahí verán cómo se hacen estas cosas para que sean una ayuda.
No puedo ni inscribirme. Trato de entrar la fecha de emisión y la de caducidad. Ninguna funciona. Me da un mensaje de error (en mal inglés). Vivo fuera del país. Estoy excluido de cualquier gestión con oficinas del gobierno.
Does not work half the time
Mejoren el atención al cliente en las comisarías de Zaragoza para los extranjeros, que trabajo es trabajo, no nos importa si tenéis mucha presión trabajar allí por las citas y todo, nosotros los extranjeros también merecemos ser tratados bien. ¡Parece que hoy en día todo el mundo solo piensa en sí mismo! Cuando fuí ví que solo se trataban bien entre los trabajadores, pero a los clientes malísimos y groseros. Especialmente los más groseros los que iban de "policías Nacionales".
wont let me log in 403 error every time been trying for hours and got blocked for 24 hours
this app is not working at all and when you put your NIE number they tellingyou to put a support number and you are not even have an account before to know how is this work

mala. El sistema no es intuitivo
no funciona con NIE blanco/simple. En la página se lee "temporalmente solo se ofrecerá el registro por video identificación a ciudadanos españoles con un dni en vigor. El botón para explicar cómo obtener el número de soporte manda un error, que ofrece reportar el error. Al reportarlo sucede otro error. Nada intuitivo.

no puedo acceder sin escanear codigo qr, y no quiero usar esa opcion. No me dan otro enlace en la app, pero si lo oftecen en el video de ayuda.

The entire point of having this app to be able to do video verification and of course in true Spanish bureaucracy, that function doesn't work!! What an absolute joke!
