rubbish if you are English.. no help . if you change your phone this is a nightmare stuck on a loop not allowed to go through photo ... absolute rubbish

No puedo registrarme en Clave. La aplicación indica que el registro por vídeo aún no está disponible, que el registro por carta no se puede realizar por motivos de seguridad, que no tengo un certificado digital y que no puedo obtener una cita previa para el registro presencial. El buscador de oficinas no muestra ninguna aplicación y, al llamar al 060, me dicen que Barcelona no ofrece cita previa telefónica. Esta aplicación me está causando muy mala impresión. Por favor, necesito ayuda.

Worst app I have ever used, hands down. 5 minutes of use will give you a migraine. Put a computer in front of a toddler on drugs and they can make a better app. Not only is this app just shit overall, it's a pain to navigate and register with. I'll never get those minutes of my life back. If you think I'm exaggerating, I'm not. This app is genuinely shocking and appalling.

como cualquier cosa he ha por el gobierno... malaisima! incompleta, errores cada rato, paginas web que te piden cl@ve pero no te pueden abrir la app, pide contraseñas que no tienes opción de crear. vas a cambiar la contraseña y al seleccionar método de identificación te dice: método no autorizado! absurdo ... aquí han volado millones de euros de nuestros impuestos! para una app que un niño de secundaria haría mejor!

La aplicación más estúpida del mundo, no puedes entrar. La verificación por video no está disponible. Además, la opción de certificado electrónico da error. ¡Qué estupidez! El formulario de soporte en línea es demasiado largo. Y no sé el número de soporte. ¡Ridículo!

I am a non resident trying to register Cl@ve. You cannot do it online, but you can do it at a Tributaria/Suma office with an appointment, but you cannot get any appointments at any of the offices. What a joke. Found it impossible.!!!

Useless! I try to log into my mi DGT. Clave doesn't work. Then clave app logs itself out and doesn't accept my support number. Yes it was written to the right way with the E and all the bs that has to be there! And now I have to wait because I got blocked, because this system can't ffff read a number that I write there. It's not a governmental app it's a joke..... I can't believe that in the 21st century we can't have a normal working system to make people's life easier.....
