I won 1x Pass Royale from the official King’s Scroll event, but the item completely vanished. It is completely missing from my in-game inventory, mailbox, and Supercell ID store page. When I tried to contact support to get my reward credited, the automated AI chatbot completely brushed me off, logged it as a generic bug, and refused to transfer me to a human agent. This is unacceptable customer service for an official event. Do not participate in these events if they refuse to deliver won prizes

What began as a brilliant blend of real-time strategy and tower defense has been utterly suffocated by aggressive monetization. It is an exhausting exercise in wallet-checking that actively punishes its community.

This game is the definition of pay-to-win. Somehow, even when your team is stronger, the enemy suddenly unlocks some magical "main character" ability and their whole squad goes Super Saiyan Elite Mode. 😂 Half the battles feel like they're sponsored by glitches. It's entertaining, and I'll definitely keep playing for laughs, but as a serious competitive game? Not a chance. Just sit back, enjoy the chaos, and don't expect logic to show up.

This game is a cash grabbing game were basically the developers do not care about it and just want you to spend money ill open up the game and it tells me to buy "pass royale" and when I say no it puts up another menu saying something like "evolutions in shop" and as you can assume it takes you to the shop i used to like this game but they've just been making it extremely unfair for free to play players like ill have a level 12 king tower and be put against max level stuff...

It uses to be a good game before it became so horribly p2w and introduced heroes. It has actually become a bottom 5 game, its sad seeing a great game become so bad
one of the worst games ever, pay 2 win, and also the jackpot thing is all bs as noone in the world won any of the jackpot, and I got 25,50,75 and 100 gems, like why u even trying dude, screw you supercell and I'll be leaving your game again and won't be joining it anytime soon.

Jewpercell showing their true colours after each update. recently they announced new event in which they were giving free max accounts, million gems, upcoming new month pass royale, etc. but no one got anything. everybody receiving 25 gems only 🤡 literally the worst possible thing to get attention span for a short period of time. I'm damn sure everyone will delete this shit after receiving only gems

Been playing since the beginning. Not impressed with the current state of this game. the new scrolling/ screen touch sound effect is so unnecessary. please remove the sounds when scrolling or give and option to turn it off... please. I love this game but I really wish there was a retro option. for sound ...retro music and retro sounds. please. I want to keep playing but I'm about to delete this game because its just way to hard to win against the new AI and the scroll sound is terrible. please

I have been a clan leader for 9 years, I only encounter bots instead of real players. No way to recruit without chat, why label game pvp when everything is rigged and decks are matched to counter yours. Also people do not go for 3 crowns and seek a cheap win when I refuse to taint my 3 win rate everyone can see. No privacy, why show 1 star wins vs 3 and give an award to people with a certain amount of 1 star wins and none for 3 crown players like me?

it used to be a really fun game but became more and more p2w, getting worse as time went, when they released heros, I finally quit because it made the game even less fun

fun game if it wasnt ruined by megaknight users because he's so god damn broken ge needs to be a legendary and his jump should be a ability not automatic does huge aoe dmg off the jump hits naturally for aoe as well which is just stupid then can do an infinite amount of jumps at the enemy yeah seems balanced to me! so god damn lame to play against
I've stopped playing this game for a few years because after update the game was just bad. playing this recently after a few years and seeing all the news things. the game even worse. now it has become a pay to win game. if you're not buying any of the evolution items, you're not winning plain and simple. if i could give this game negative stars I would.
el juego es bueno, pero la verdad ha llegado a un punto donde ustedes mismos lo han matado, malas recompensas, avance lento, no importa que tan bien juegues los que tienen el pass siempre llevarán ventaja, el juego es la definición de pay to win en toda regla, volví a jugar por un compañero pero creo que está vez me iré para no volver. Es una lastima como se encargaron de arruinar un juego que en su tiempo fue hermoso.
