I tried to cancel my year subscription and get a refund. I contacted the support but nobody replied since February. So I gave up. I started using an app. But it is unusable now, I simply cannot authorise through Gmail. it freezes after choosing Gmail authorization method

I can't verify my phone number, why?
When I enter my number to verify my identity, it says "unable to receive message, please try again later" everytime. So annoying.
Really bad, couldn't even sign in properly even though I had entered correct information
There were only a small number of classes worth taking but they charge you for an entire year! And they don't remind you before charging another $200+ to renew the annual subscription. Not at all worth it for the price.
I was excited to join a class but I can't login through the America region. It won't let me past the login screen at all.
I was supper excited to use this but I can not even get past the login screen. I enter my information it loads the login screen again.
I'm Indonesian citizen who want to use this app but it's just for 3 countries :(
There is no way to sign in to the app as you can not type in phone number to verify.
don't know why the app doesn't go past the number verification for me
1. The site won't take PayPal, even though it has PayPal button 2. It won't take credit card, only take credit card issued in Korea 3. There are separate classes that's not included in the 101+, which is their annual subscription for all the classes. 4. You have to pay extra for those separate classes, but there's no way to pay them (read 1 and 2) 5. I'm able to sign up with kakao, and Facebook using the same email, but it's different account. Adding to further confusion to already confusing

This app is giving me a migraine. It ALWAYS opens to the same course no matter how I access it. I am trying to join the 14-day challenge. It says you must open the app. But, when I do it takes me to the website, then promptly opens THAT course. So frustrating...

최악입니다. 이런 강의와 콘텐츠를 제공해주는 다른 곳이 있었다면 당장 그쪽으로 갔을 정도로 최악의 연결과 UI를 갖고 있습니다 빨리 뜯어 고쳤으면 좋겠네요

다 좋은데 앱자체가 너무 느리고 멈춤이 잦습니다.앱실행을 하면서 항상 느끼는게 너무 무겁다란 겁니다. 또한 수업듣고있는 중 멈추거나 앱이 닫혀버리는 경우가 잦아 다시깔기를 몇번하다 이젠 그려러니 합니다.자막오류문의에도 앱다시깔기를 권하더군요. 다시깔기가 능사가 아닌게, 재실행해도 오류는 똑같다는 거지요. 아쉽습니다 강의들이나 수업내용과진행은 별다섯개인데 말입니다!!!

진짜 웹사이트도 그렇고 어플도 뭐 하나 뜨는데 한시간이고 눌러도 반응 엄청 느림 강의 하나 맘에 들어서 결제해서 들었더니 20분짜리가 로딩만 2시간임 시간낭비 돈낭비 그냥 여기서 강의듣지 마세요 자기계발이 아니라 스트레스만 쌓임

You sell your product as bilingual and I only see korean everywhere.... I don't even know how to listen to the videos with English subtitles. At this point I feel like I've been ripped off. EDIT POST ANSWER: really? I just said I don't understand korean and you answer me in it.... That's really low. I want to be refunded my lesson tbh.
Hi, I can read Korean but don't clearly know their meanings? Its hard! I went to the setting area and there was no such option as to change the language. Kindly do indicate where it is.

회원가입이 안되서 쓸 수가 없네요. 카카오톡으로도 그냥 회원가입으로도 가입이 안되면 어떻게 쓰라는건지 알 수가 없네요. 요즘에 뜨고있다고 해서 깔아봤는데 쓸 수는 있게 만들어줘야죠.

Please allow a free trail or at least an option to pay monthly! There are only 2 classes I would like to buy. I don't need the entire catalog or the annual membership.
컨텐츠는 좋은데, 플랫폼이 멍청한 것인지 단점을 언급 1) 내부 사이트앱 상에 개선, 불만 등록할 곳이 없어서 여기에 적어야 함 2) 매강의 끝날 때, 기분 좋게 댓글 남기려고 하면, 자동으로 다음 후속강의 연강되게끔 기능이 세팅되어, 작성 중이던 긴댓글이 수차례 날려버렸다. 화가남 댓글 쓰지말라는 무언의 기능인듯!
App says it's bilingual but even most developer responses to the English reviews asking how to change the app to English... Are in Korean...🤦♀️
The app keeps shutting down!
앱이 도중에 강제종료 되는 현상, 클래스 더보기 누르면 먹통이 되는 현상이 있네요. 컨텐츠는 좋은데 앱이 너무 불편해요
