Updated from 5 stars after 11 months on the $200/mo plan. The one model worth paying for (Opus 4.6) got quietly degraded. Its replacement (4.8) is measurably worse - 78.9% on coding benchmarks vs the competition at 91.9%. Their newest model (Fable) flagged 17 of my 19 prompts as unsafe and auto-downgraded me to the weakest model without asking. The app now costs more and does less than it did a year ago. The free tier of competing apps will outperform what you get here at $200/month.
Most useless GenAI. Firstly, it lacks the necessary knowledge base. As a result, it confidently makes mistakes and stubbornly presents false information as truth. Secondly, it lacks integrity. Even when its mistakes are proven with evidence and it acknowledges that the evidence is correct, it continues to argue that it is right. I believe the developers designed it this way to create the impression that Claude is more capable than it actually is. It isn't helping,it is destroying trust.

I even tried to appeal but nothing worked I tried as many times I can but everything it got stuck in one moment or just completely made me to restart my appeal and by the way it's still not fixed and now the 30 day time to appeal is also gone

ask for help with coding but eveytime I ask it to make something g it doesnt actually send me the file when it says it does. then i have to use up more of my messages asking it to please send me the file just to have it run out on me and say I cant use it for several more hours. they have no eay to contact a real support people as no one man's their email and there are entire forms dedicated to it. if I do not get a response in some shape or form I will charge back on my card. dont waste money

I am shifting to a newer Ai it is their loss not mine, I have enough available options, and Anthropic forced me to hate claude, will never use claude again.
The most horrible experience ever!!!it was fine at first or u can say very good at first even suggested it to my friends and family then suddenly their accounts started to get restricted out of nowhere and also their was no other option to appeal or anything after some time even my account got suspended i tried to appeal but no nothing.worst experience ever even my friends and family started to complain to me & i could do nothing.i used other ai like chat gpt and groks nothing like this occured

I was working on a project and I was asking for recommendations on what may be its flaws and where to improve, then suddenly, the conversation disappeared. I tried to restart and open the conversation from the chat history but nothing worked. 4 days of work gone in an instant
why the hell cant i work on music without getting a lifeline message every 2nd message. ridiculous
This app is a trap for creators. Overly sensitive bots will wipe out months of your creative writing without warning. Worse, the support system is a broken joke. They tell you to appeal via a link that requires a login from the exact account they just banned-a completely incompetent loop. Direct emails just trigger an automated response that instantly closes your ticket without a human ever reading it. They hold your data hostage. Avoid.

lots of restrictions, what you are in the middle of conversation everything stop and make you wait a lot.
I can't find any reason but my account was suspended regarding breach of terms and conditions. I tried to appeal but it took me back to Claude app again and again. I looked up the reasons and one of them were that reselling Claude assets is prohibited. I only discussed with Claude on how people are reselling AI assets and got it to generate 2-3 websites regarding a school or restaurant just to see how they functioned, not to resell ofcourse as there is no way to throw the website in a laundry..
Great architecture ruined by over-engineered, rigid AI Safety. Claude fails to distinguish harmful intent from harmless creative fiction, constantly freezing or refusing prompts. Your Data Scientists forgot human communication is nuanced, not just binary logic. It’s now cold, dysfunctional, and suffocates creativity. If Anthropic only cares about sterile B2B markets, don't release a B2C app for the public. Deeply disappointed by this kiddy-gated tool. Uninstalled

Worst Verification System Ever! 😡 I am legally 18+ (DOB: 24/04/2008), but your buggy automatic security system has suspended 3 of my accounts back-to-back for no reason, claiming I am under 18. When I try to verify my age via Yoti, it constantly fails. It refuses to recognize my official Indian Aadhaar Card and keeps rejecting my live face scans with "Something went wrong" errors. its nice to talk to. unfortunately, i got pinged two or three times for "muh usage policy" and threatened with censorship filters. i dont think so. i dont tolerate being censored, even when i am talking to a person. i am NOT going to tolerate being censored while talking to an a.i, because the pansys in charge whimper at adult topics. to hell with your usage policy, to hell with you, and to hell with censorship.
this AI makes lots of mistake. same question ka 3 answer. and use limited access and time . after 2 hours does not support. without upgrade ban use.
