After being a long time user of clearpay & building a good spend limit my account was reset to zero with no explanation. I have been trying to contact clearpay for 3 days so far to no avail, I have since paid a couple of payments back (early) as I always do and it's still showing zero. I have never had a late payment and 90% of the time I pay back early. I primarily use clearpay as to avoid lots of different companies having my bank details. Do better clearpay!
used to be a great app but nearly every time i try to buy somthing like from sainsbury or mainline pets at home amazon ect payment always fail iv got money in the bank and 2k limit with clearpay and i cant get nothing

The most dodgy customer service I have ever come across. They outsource it agency staff are getting access to your private details. I have spent a week waiting on a call back because they have removed their phone lines so you cannot get in touch with them. I had 2 calls now trying to get as much private details as they can off me. When I requested copies of both phone calls under data protection as I am very concerned about their actions he hung up on me today. Cancelling all my cards right now
usually okay, but when it comes to sorting out problems, everything halts till they can be bothered to answer or do anything.
rubbish as they said I got spending limit of £450 tried to get something that was under £40 and said no why say what I can spend but can't use it. I find them more expensive plus interest i just stick to my klarna way better & don't have any issues
I had a terrible experience using the service. The response time from the support is abysmal
Clearpay has a process of randomly freezing customers accounts without a notification or even an email to inform you. You will be waiting 5+ days to possibly forever for them to resolve this issue where the communication will be bare bones at best. They will ask you to send in important and sensitive documents in for review just to then ghost you and leave your account STILL frozen. This is the least professional interaction I have ever had with a company. Take your business elsewhere as I am.
app keeps failing when sending message
can not make a payment ,have tryed for 5 days in a row ,went into bank and they said its not card its clear pay app that isnt letting me pay.
