Used to like this app, esp. the timeline feature. I turned off notifications when they became too much and forgot about this app. I ordered a cc since, your loss clearscore. Timeline is gone now. Not sure what the point of this app is now except to cause frustration and motivate me to go find better app.
Doesn't work. (edit)What else is there to discuss? You put in your info, it retrieves your info, except this app doesn't. It just returns no report found. You're better off with borrowell, it actually works.(edit) You're replying with the same thing, I'll just repeat that borrowell is a better option
i just dont understand this app. This app promotes various credit cards to apply for, but when I get a credit card from different source, my credit score went down hill. i ve never missed a single payment in my life.
latest update hangs on the initial splash screen, with the stolen win11 "busy" ring frozen before it even gets going. This after pushing multiple emails to say its changed its scoring AGAIN.

This app used to be extremely useful both at tracking my credit score and accessing excellent interest rates for new credit. However, the score no longer updates, and my loan and credit card balances are months out of date. I'm using another service now as this is not fit for purpose.
your numbers are always incorrect.
absolutely disgusted with this app just realised that it doesn't match your experian score and as soon as you click on something it produces loads of soft surches on your credit file. also says I have a new credit dispute but I actually don't. Will be deleting app once I know hiw to cancel myself off it

What is the point of having an account if you can't get on it. Every time I go to log in on it tells me I already have an account and to contact clearscore. When I do ring them I'm giving an answer machine so no proper customer service which is bad or just pure laziness. I've tried asking to send me a forgot password message 7 times before writing this and an hour later still nothing. Suppose if I spoke to a human being instead of an answer machine this would have all been sorted
This used to be a great app, but has become slop. They now push notifications twice a day to alert me of changes to my file - new debts added, address changes - and it's all false. The app has become designed to spam users with false information, scare them into opening the app, and serve them tonnes of ads.
Do not use clearscore if your family with the same last name uses it, their system seems to think you are the same person and your clearscore will merge with theirs and you will get all their previous history and accounts added. its a pain to try get solved, I am still trying to convince them I am not my own mother. absolutely ridiculous.
