My score says "Updates in 1 day" for a few months now, always showing same score, flat lined since January. Tried logging out and back in, clearing cache, then data, then uninstalling and reinstalling the app, to no avail.
why does CleaScore keep on trying to debit my bank account?
im struggling to login into my account
couldn't find me with my address details and there was no other option to try a different method presented, needs something better then google address to verify address should use Canada post.
Still waiting for OTP after numerous attempts
the app is useless showing wrong score . my actual score in equifax is above 700 . but this app shows 580 for past 3 months . i have complained too many times then only i realised this app has some wrong which they dont want to fix. so no point in mail bu quoting reference number

Cause it would be dumb to think people are going to say "Hey, now I'm logged on here, let's take out a new random credit card I hadn't planned to".
Bad and not updating my updated credit score. Take way to long with updates and so behind with new changes.
