Very inconsistent app. One week it can read my income and the offers are higher. The next week this stupid app says it can't read my income from the same account that I've had linked the entire time that I've had it. How ridiculous. So now I only use Cleo for emergencies, because my other apps have always been able to read my income. This is what happens when you rely only on AI and don't have humans for support. AI is garbage

I got a new bank and tried to add it to pay what is owed from a advance and they refuse to get me a agent instead the AI bot keeps spinning me in circles for 7 months now. they somehow allowed my new bank account to be uploaded for the monthly subscription and are charging that just fine but still will not allow me to pay off my due. and. they won't let me remove the info either so I have been paying $10 a month for nothing but to argue with ai.
Forced Instant fee. If you try to do the free bank transfer it states "we couldn’t process" or "ineligible for loan" ... after already verifying eligibility. HOWEVER, 3 seconds later try a single time with the instant $15 transfer fee it magically works again. Bank info reconnected as suggested and its the same thing.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. NO PHONE NUMBERS TO REACH A SINGLE PERSON, NO WEBSITE. THE CHAT PEOPLE CANNOT HELP YOU WITH A SINGLE THING. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ANY DOCUMENTATION OF CURRENT BALANCES, PAYOFFS, ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING. IF YOU EVER NEED PROOF OF ANYTHING FOR CREDIT OR HOME OR VEHICLE PURCHASES YOU ARE TOTALLY SCREWED. A LAWSUIT IS COMING!!!!
this app doesn't work very well, sends you in complete circles, misleading. I can't get an advance without signing up for a subscription which they tell you will come out of your repayment, why are you asking for my debit card info and trying to charge me 5.99 up front, no money has been discussed. I have no money, why am I being billed or charged so soon and the account isn't set up yet, so the chat isn't much help either, all this A1 stuff is frustrating, I don't recommend any of it.

I would give less than 1 star if I could! I got this app on May 2. Charged $5.99 for a subscription for a month. Then charged $5.99 to get the $40 I asked to borrow instantly. Then pulled the money from my bank account 2 days before my pay day-which would be the 8th!!! Why take the money back on the 6th??? Absolutely garbage! Don't waste your time or money!
the app told me I was eligible for $40 bucks in a cash out but then required me to subscribe. I subscribed and paid, but it then told me I wasn't eligible for a cash out.... definitely a scam to get me to pay a subscription.

these people i owed a cash advance to sent me an email saying it was all paid off. they did it as a ploy to get me to log on again. I guess. why else would they do such nonsense. the email or whatever it was disappeared and it was from them not some scam email

for years I have not had any issues. I'm the last month since paying back my $1000 early. I have had glitches and technical issues keeping me from taking another advance they kept blaming me and my accounts. After a solid week of follow ups and arguments with screen records support has stopped responding. Now I have found a reddit thread that multiple people after having same issues. which all have come after them paying out a lawsuit. I am assuming they are out of funds but want your sub paymen

I was just beginning to think this was the best App out there for cash advance ,but then my advance Dropped from $240 to $65 over night. when I asked Cleo to explain to me why , I didn't get an answer. it couldn't be explained. I have never missed a payment nor have I been late. It took a while to build up to $240 advance and they just drop it down with no explanation , no reason, no warning...The chat bot just tells you what you already know but offers no help. Shame.
I started out with a small amount to borrow, paid back. Next, the amount went up, which makes sense, but only to $20. I paid it back. 3rd time, I found that I could borrow more again, $90. I paid it back. My 4th time, it went down to $30! A glitch I thought. I paid it back. 5th time, it went down to $20! I borrowed & will pay it back. What I'm saying is, it's a good app. You should be able to borrow more if you're paying back. CS didn't help. I was relying on borrowing more. I may leave after.

Cleo tricked me. I did receive an advance but due to family issues was unable to repay as scheduled. Once I had the funds to repay and renew my subscription and completed the steps I was deemed ineligible for another advance and therefore not awarded the referral boost I earned. Now I'm stuck with the subscription for a month with no real benefits. I was depending on the access to that advance for groceries. DISSATISFIED.
I wentbrobrequest an advance and rather than pay the fee for express I wanted to wait . but wouldn't let me. so I tried again to see if it changed and I did express. and it worked. I am upset because it should have done it right away. instead you guys make extra money by forcing my hand to do express. not cool
won't let me even sign up it just keeps booting me off that app after it has me sign into my bank account and tries to have me redo the whole process over again to connect banks.
used to love it, but then they started breaking the advances down into tiny amounts to suck more fees out of you. It's also really inconsistent. I've been offered $700, paid back early, then could only get $150. Makes no sense. Fix your App.
App is handy when needed, but it is confusing and it's hard to correct errors. AI does not respond to direct questions it shows you what it wants. AI needs to be improved. They also need to make it clear when they take payments. Sometimes they use their name and sometimes not. Confusing.
