The loan amounts are low and not consistent. Cleo will offer different amounts of advances even tho you have no change in your income or expenses. At one point I was getting up to $180, but you have to withdraw the money everyday to equal that amount and there is a fee on each withdrawal, for example, $60 each day with fees, and the money has to be withdrawn every 24 hours. Now,I'm only offered $40 with no boost with no change in my situation and sometimes $30. I don't recommend it.

They don't actually let you take out a loan, and don't let you know until you've been charged for a subscription, then it's really difficult to unsubscribe. I should have looked them up more before using them, they're an AI group that has had recent lawsuits for this.
why would yall offer me 250 i give you every bit of my information and then get charged 19.99 just to get slapped in the face with the low balling amount of 30 freaking dollars. yall are frauds!!!!

Stay far away from cleo. They take more money from the customer, only to give you less when you need access to quick cash. come out better loaning money from your local loan sharp or drug dealer.

Seems when I request the free payout option I get declined yet when I pay $10+ to transfer I miraculously get approved. Pretty sketchy!
Waste of time, they accepted my debit card for their monthly fee but wouldn't accept the same card for a cash advance.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS TRASH. they won't let you unsubscribe. it says phone number won't work when you try to unsubscribe. they let you take three advances of 25 bucks convince you its a good app and then deny any more advances even if you.pay them back on time. scam.
Thieves
Uninstalled in minutes. You have to pay them a monthly subscription fee before you can qualify for cash advance. If I had money to pay their fees I wouldn't really need an advance in the first place.
The first go around was great, needed it again and I find my account removed and will not link. Not understanding why because I always paid balance due.
I used to give this app 5 stars. however recently A.I has been taking over everything. If you pay your advance on time the amount should increase or stay the same. i have paid all my advances back always on time or earlier. they dropped my increase to $20 and said this what you eligible for. never late, always, on time and the A.I said its because of my accounts nothing was wrong with my accounts. asked for human agent. it wouldn't give me one. kept saying a agent can't help or change advance.
not a good app. approved for an amount then disbursement of loan within 4days 24hrs apart & then charged a fee for each amount!! but loan paid back in one payment!
The app is glitchy. You can be qualified for an advance, but the app won't send you the advance, even though you're qualified. The app keeps trying to update, which is totally normal, but it doesn't actually update. Also, if you're low on cash, and you're coming here for money, don't do it because they're gonna take the first subscription fee right out of whatever money you have in your meager bank account which is counterintuitive for an app that is meant to loan money.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD!, awful app that will give you an advance of over a $100 then take it away after you pay it back and only offer a measly $40, invited a friend to get a $80 boost and they dropped my regular amount from $130 to $40 then added the $80 boost, on top of having to pay monthly for the app
complete lie. charges you each month and its a scam. do not download and use. gains access to your account and gets you to pay the monthly subscription then takes doesnt give advance. paid the 14.99 to get a 500 advance and lost out on the sub price and then had charges to my account. absolutely a scam.
Cleo is confusing. One minute you have money available to use, then the next minute, they take it away.
Cleo gives you small amounts to borrow at one time in the pretence it's trying to help you budget your money in actuality so they can charge you a fee for instant deposit each time you request money. I've had issues with the App not working. In my opinion Cleo is not worth what their commercials stat.
