The app is unusable, it crashes before step 2 of the onboarding and goes back to the start screen.
Tedious, slow, way too many things to do and also involving a human verification step!! Do not use Vidua for ID verification, so Manu other easier and more convenient solutions. This approach was good in 2009 but not now!
Disastrously bad.
Ik heb in het weekend uren geprobeerd me te registreren, maar bleef vaststaan in de wachtrij. Later bleek dat activatie in het weekend niet eens mogelijk was. Vanochtend kon ik niet meer inloggen en de app weigerde mijn oude registratie te verwijderen, terwijl die al verlopen was. Uiteindelijk kreeg ik iemand te spreken, maar door Bluetooth-problemen werkte ook dat slecht. Deze app is ongeschikt voor gebruik.
Vage app verplicht door mijn makelaar. onduidelijke eigenaarstructuur. Basale functies als taal wisselen werken niet, dus ik heb 0 vertrouwen dat mijn data veilig is. Als u deze app gebruikt heeft kan ik u aanraden uw documenten te vervangen zodra u klaar bent met deze app, de data zal geheid op straat komen.
Medewerkers willen je prima helpen maar het registratie proces is omslachtig en onduidelijk. Daarbij is het geheel overbodig met bestaande oplossingen als IDIN.
Privacy onvriendelijk. Onduidelijkheid met welke partijen welke gegevens gedeeld worden. De registratie daarna verloopt moeizaam. Eerst moesten de telefooninstellingen aangepast worden om app te laten werken. De nfc scan van het paspoort funtioneerde niet.
Echt een belabberde app. Werkt 99% van de tijd niet. Je valt steeds van de ene foutmelding in de andere. Ook totaal onbegrijpelijk dat je niet simpelweg kan inloggen. Als je de app verwijdert dan moet je je weer opnieuw registreren en het hele proces van begin af aan opnieuw doorlopen.
The app explains everything like you're dumb, you have to accept terms twice and enter your PIN 4 times (in the same session). And for me the language choice didn't work (twice; I had to remove the app data to be able to retry, no way to go back).

Very user unfriendly

It asks me to choose a language. When selecting Dutch or English it proceeds to use English regardless.
Very bad service. Confirmation email is promised within 10 minutes. X4 days later still nothing! (Spam is empty)
It simply doesn't work. Never validates IDs
This app is outdated. Why would a company in the Netherlands use this app to register there are better alternatives such as IDIN and DIGID. The waiting during registration just takes too long and even then when you think all is finally done the app does not complete the registration process.🤬
Awful app, keeps crashing, unable to finish the registration process.
Terrible. When I get to the video chat to register, it doesn't use my camera or microphone, doesn't ask for those permissions, and the "interviewer" is in a noisy call center god knows where.
Bagger app. Doet het niet... registreren lukt niet. Krijg r8uur de tijd om het te doen, maar loop konstant vast... waardeloos
Opening hours on the app! Sunday closed. This is the most user unfriendly, bible belt indoctrinated, useless feature possible. Why decide when I use the app and when not. Vidua dictating when I do what, straight out of KGB handbook!
Too complex no
App crashes repeatedly on step 3 of the initial setup. Useless.
If you are a company looking for identification verification please find something else in the name of all your future customers. This application has way too many steps which costs a lot of bs time. Furthermore, it took mee 3 days to pass the 'waiting' line and I had to make multiple accounts since my email adress was already in use and I couldn't log in to my account on another cellphone. Think twice before your choice please.
Cant use the app. My phone is secures under a PIN and fingerprint, but the app is blocked and saying that the phone is not secured.

Registration takes a lot of time, feedback in the app is lousy
The process where I have to upload my docunents keeps on failing. And it does not proceed in the process! So frustrating!
A quick process for identification. Unfortunate that it results in failure.
App is slow, also asking for permissions that shouldn't be required. This 'service' is also something that doesn't require an app, as many companies have already shown.
I had to use this app to identify myself with a broker firm. When scanning the provided QR code, it keeps failing over and over again. Ended up sending a copy of my ID to the broker, rendering this app useless. Removed the app from my phone right after.
I need to sign a document by today but the app is just not working. It is stuck at loading splash screen and that's it.

Slow proces. Fails a lot
Incredibly slow. I understand that verifying documents by an agent might take some time, but it gets stuck on the "Verifying your pin" screen for 20s.
Very buggy. Had to reinstall and call customer support to get verified.
