It takes a nuclear scientist to actually install the app with all the different activations and buttons and whatnot. then you called to get help and twice it hung up on me after 12 minutes
The commercial says it is free to scan and removes but it's not free at all got to pay to use The Cloaked: protect your privacy
messed up my phone completely
none of the features work except for the VPN can't even enter my own phone number for protection it says something went wrong won't let me finish setting up a password

I didn't know that, So I contacted their customer service, (which took them a week to respond) I told them their app was useless, and requested to cancel, and for a refund and they said that wasn't happening. So for $125, I didn't get anything different, spam calls are even worse. these people are liars, and thieves. Buyer beware
Where do i start NOTHING AND I MEAN NOTHING WORKS. I HAVE TRIED Every option to see if anything works and nothing its all Errors. And when i think it is working....NOPE SCAMMER GOT THROUGH But BLOCKED my GF and here she is trying to tell me severe weather was in the area and im outside. IM NOT HAPPY AT ALL I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THIS APP. AND NOTHING I CANT WAIT ALL DAY FOR SOMEONE TO ANSWER even through EMAIL or the AI BOT i have done everything and PRIVACY is importaint TO ME AND MY GF.
RADIO SILENCE ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I got a MMI ERROR message my service won't let it work called them and got put in a vicious Telephone circular firing squad. Where you keep picking things. And they keep playing the same recording, no chance of getting my money back delating it monie, wasted lesson, learned. I'll go back to using SHOULD I ANSWER APP

App and Customer Service both failed my expectations. For what this app costs, you would think the "Paused" button would work. I can pause service, but cloaked still pops up and prevents the call from coming through. CS always says it is my phone. No, I click Pause, Cloaked should not stop calls after that point. Probably going to cancel amd find a new app.
DO NOT BUY ! ! ! Biggest waste of money I have ever spent. I have been charged three times for the service, only got one back. Spam calls have more than doubled.
This app is very confusing and difficult to use, I want to cancel my account and stop payments, it doesn't give you a way to do it. cancel my order and account and stop charging my card please!

I installed this last night and it wouldn't let me complete the spam block. This morning I couldn't send a text to my brother unless i changed settings. I can contact or chat with Cloaked support it won't load. I can't search online or play my games. I want to remove this and get my money back. I wish I never downloaded this app.
this app has been crashing and stopped my calls from coming in. now it's messing up my wifi. I uninstalled this app, and they are still taking money from my bank. I know i canceled my account with them, too. also this app isn't stopping any spam calls .
warming the app keeps crashing and I reinstalled it to cancel it I went to the website into the login there's no options to go into options to cancel accounts so the whole thing in the nutshell I'm going to have to change my account information thanks a lot since you really can't cancel it. stop trying to take my money please well canceled my debit that will fix it .

I paid for a yearly subscription in December 25 and now I'm not able to sign in so I had to delete it. Contacting support is for the BIRDS because they answer with a BOT!!! Bots are USELESS!!! Customer retention with this company isn't apparently what they seem to care about!!!

At first this app worked great, But then the problems started with Double paying and my account saying it wasn't paid when it was. To now I can't get into my account At All. It asks you if you want to use your recovery key, It doesn't accept my password or anything. Very Frustrating to say the least.
I can't even register. The app says my phone number is already registered but then can't even login. Basically I'm stuck on the first page.

Not what I expected very hard to cancel and they refuse refunds without a debate I started the download and canceled before complete had it all of 2 minutes or less. 3 weeks now invested in trying to get a refund.

INHIBITED MY MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS... THEIR CONFIRMATIONS... BLOCKS HOSPITALS The setup features for the PAID SERVICES DO NOT allow me to select option on the drop down menu's! I am inhibited from actually finishing the setup. the app is broken

I have as much if not more spam, robocalls as I did before...buying into this.
Horrible it disabled my Android Auto in my car by blocking my VPIN, very glitchy especially with text and phone calls. No way to contact customer service and speak to a person. Just email only. Hard to cancel.

I am very disappointed in this App, too many crashes. It has log me out several times. Now, when I try to open the app it closes after a few seconds. I can't tell who has called me, what's spam and who has left a voice message. I will not renew my subscription with this app. There is no point of contact for customer complaints or help
