Tried this app with high hopes but it didn't deliver and I ended up removing within 48hrs. The "music" function was very poor. could start it, but then couldn't stop it not adjust the volume in small increments was just loud or quiet with neither appropriate and was impossible to stop without closing and reopening app. Night camera was non existing, putting light on was blinding. kept getting "audio only" for some reason.. just a lot of bugs, unhappy I spent money on this.

No way of seeing baby when is dark without turning on the camera or screen light. It would be helpful if somehow they can make it might mode. Since this is not in here the app is useless for us.
The app was working great, we would use the white noise on the app and have the monitor on our phone and if the baby made noise, only the babys noise came through to our device, but lately every time we open the monitor all we can hear is the white noise of the app echo. It actually caused me to not hear the baby and instead the white noise put me to sleep, and according to the app she was crying for over half an hour before i woke up to another noise in the house. If you can fix that, 5 stars.
Kept getting disconnected and audio kept going in and out.
Camera quality is so bad at low light (which is the whole point of the app) that the app is basically unusable. On the same device using other video calling apps the quality is much better, so it's not a hardware limitation.
Parent unit keeps giving me a blank screen! I've tried 3 different phones and I've tried uninstalling then reinstalling but no use. Please help!
It has no night vision.. usually babies are sleeping in a kind of dark room
I bought this app on my iPhone and on my Android phone and they will not connect to each other, even though the description claims that either works. Disappointed.
Both my partner and I downloaded and paid for this app, both of us connected to the same WiFi and with Bluetooth on. Neither of us could connect with each other despite numerous attempts, huge waste of money and extremely unhelpful.
Using the app, without an account, for monitoring over wifi is no longer available. I have been using this app on ios for almost an year. Upon downloading here on Android, finding that app now requires an account. I'm not interested in cloud monitoring option.
Motion notifications worked but no noise notifications triggered. The support couldn't solve this. Also, couldn't connect Pixel 3 (baby unit) with iPhone (parent unit)
Worked great the first time, then never worked again, couldnt find baby monitor, didnt recognize my login. Dont waste your money.
Won't work on Samsung tablet. Keeps saying unable to create account. Create on mobile Samsung then instead and it says unable to log in. It copies the alreafy logged in account details so I know they are correct. I do not want to use a different email address and already tried that using my mother's and still didn't work.
Ever since the latest update, I can't connect. The screen either turns red and says "starting... please wait," or I get a massage that my connection isn't allowing me to connect (I have full bars on my phone and other apps are connecting just fine). Don't waste your money on this app.
Installed on my samsung and got the licence verification failed message in the app. Kept sending me back to play store after I had paid for the thing. Used to be so good on Apple products but the android version doesn't seem to work at all.
Had trouble creating an account and logging in.
Disappointed. I bought this app purely because of the music/white noise option, thinking I could start the noise remotely (logical, otherwise I'd just use two free apps if I had to go into baby's room anyway). Turns out not only can I not set noise remotely - it plays loudly on my device and barely at all on hers - but the pause/stop function doesn't work - have to close app. Otherwise this is just like the free Dormi or Baby Monitor 3G. Save the $$. Wishing for a refund.
Even though I updated my IOS apps with the newest version of the app it was still unable to link with my Pixel 3xl Android version of the app. Do not buy until the company has confirmed seamless integration which is currently not the case. I still maintain the 5 stars on an IOS ecosystem only environment though. Still not ready for Android.
Its a waste of money. Its not alot but it could have gone towards something else. I have a macbook pro as the child unit and an android phone as the parent unit. They would not pair. The cloud doesnt work. I've contacted the developer for help twice with no response. So i guess i have to write a review just to hear from them. At this point i just want my money back from the apple store and Google play apps.
For an app that is cloud based you would think that they were not charge you again for the app when you switch from iOS to android, but I guess like all others they are trying to make as much money as possible. On top of that, the monitors on my iOS devices are not showing up on my android.

Like the iOS version. Android version not working well. cannot choose between two Baby units on android whereas the iOS version on my iPhone lets me.
The app works across my Apple devices, but isnt working on my Google Pixel 1. Instead of opening the monitor when I select Parent Device, the app tells me a baby monitor is not detected. aAe there any fixes ?
It does work... However. The battery usage is off the charts. - literally. The battery monitor in Android registers a spike/blip and suddenly I'm on reserve. This app will completely flatten my moto X4, from 100% to emergency shut down, in about 45 minutes. Movement detection and sound detection on the baby unit that pushes to the parent units to start the audio and video stream is a must. At the moment the stream is just on -always- This doesn't represent $7.50 AUD worth of app. Disappointed.
4.9$ for an app that doesn't do anything. tried connecting to it with ios client and nothing. ripoff!
the TestFlight program is not working. same wifi network, installed testflight for the crossplay experience. not working. this app as been out far too long and people bave invested too much money into this for it not to work across ios and android.
constantly crashing so is utterly useless for me and the talk button just puts out a God awful screeching noise. I think should get a refund.

App wasn't incredibly intuitive and worked sporadic. Although part of the trouble could be that I was in NH with out reception, that didn't seem to explain the extent of the glitches. Didn't find the app to be worth $5
Worked good a few months ago when I first installed it, now the baby unit continually exits out of the app and I can't connect to it when I'm away.
First I want to state this app worked great with my IOS devices. The reason for this review is because the app and the developer said IOS and android devices could work together if they were signed into the same account. However that didn't happen. I cancelled the account within a few hrs when my devices didn't work together. But shortly after that the developer contacted me and told me that it could work and they would help us. I tried all the suggestions provided and none of them worked. So after a few days I tried to cancel the account. It turns out the original app refund never happened and so the app was purchased twice. I thought Google provided a warning to prevent you from buying the same item twice but I guess not. My bad - but I would expect to at least a refund for one of the apps. Especially since it didn't do what the app description and developer said it would do.
