Was good. Update April 2026: On April 6th I stopped getting any motion events on my phone for my 3 older cameras, even though they are recording when triggered by motion. I can play the videos from the beginning of the day, but no events come into the phone. I still get them for my 2 newer cameras. I'm getting no replies from the camera or app people, so my conclusion is they took away the functionality on purpose.
You cannot download your own videos anymore! Useless app!
Bought the video doorbell for my condo to catch porch pirates and snoops. App is basic, functional, 95% stable. UI is clumsy but works OK once you figure it out and is easy to set up. Redundant notifications are annoying. Excessive lag between motion detection and recording makes both video and still image capture quality mediocre at best. Customer support is nonexistent. And contrary to what they claim, it does not work with Google Home.
Garbage app, garbage cameras. Won't make a usable connection even when placed 20 feet from the WAP. Audio is 90% dead, and ptz is almost nonfunctional. Deleating the app and pulling down the camera today. Oh, and the supplied solar panel was dead out of the box. Good thing we got this hunk of junk for free. It's worthless.

I wouldn't buy this camera again. I cannot view any videos of recordings. Its just the latest in issues with this camera. It is not dependable in my opinion. Especially in capturing a emergency.
no response from customer service after months of trying. the app works okay, but no ability to set up a simple time lapse it seems...
Stopped working. Since early September (probably after last cloudedge update), camera no longer does motion capture, no longer sends alerts, no longer records to SD card. Completely useless now. I'm not buying a subscription. I specifically got this camera to start with - for the SD only capture. update: stopped using this entirely and went with a TP-LINK camera instead. heaps better
Latest version horrible. Can't kill notifications unless shut down the app. Laggy Crashes Freezes Won't connect to cameras half the time. I want the old version back! new update is worse. won't load or takes forever to load. fix it please!!! Latest update worse...
I would not rely on these for security. Dec 2022- Update with more flaws. My cameras are now sending numerous alerts with 1 movement Jan 2022-new update with new troubles. Alert but when trying to load it says no data available May 2023- newest update is causing the app to crash when trying to replay video. NEW UPDATE 4/2026- Cameras are no longer allowing video without a subscription. Only a single photo and won't load live video.
Annoyed since the update even more! motion goes off all the time even tho settings are set correctly.....since the firmware update its got terrible......looking to change cameras now DONT BOTHER BUYING THESE CAMERAS

We've had this plug-in flood light camera for about 5 years and it has work well. but with this last update Recording Management will not display data storage, record events, or give the option to format. I've contacted the company but they are unresponsive so I will be replacing this with the Eufi E340 flood light camera.
my camera was good once still working but it's striped it's gears
My camera freeze and no one answers my emails or messages. I see many of us have issues with the cameras freezing for several seconds or even minutes since the update. What ever this is needs to be corrected by the next update or actually before. I'm only using 1 of the 2 camera from my double pack. But when I switch the cameras. I still have the freezing problem so obviously it's the app.
