The motion detector settings do not work properly. I have it set to low and humanoid detection is on. But it still records everytime a car passes by which kills the battery on my doorcam
EDIT: I JUST EMAILED APP SUPPORT. THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS IS INVALID. DuckDuckgo notified me there were 45 tracking attempts from CloudEdge in the past few minutes. The app wasn't open. Can you explain this? (2nd request). what a surprize. silence from the guilty.

Very disappointed in the latest update. I cannot get the app to work correctly with my Echo. Live view ends wth camera not responding. Alarms, notifications and recordings are delayed 30 sec or more, making it impossible to see what's happening in front of the device 100% of time. Events no longer recording on SD. Issues appear intentional to force users to buy a subscription, reason is his AI detection and cloud storage. Device no longer a viable solution and I will be replacing it.

the app has been constantly crashing lately multiple times daily which is not ideal when im trying to use it to watch my infant ?? update: I switched to a Wansview camera. much better, cleaer quality and it doesn't crasg every 3-5 minutes.

advertizing forced in app. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE OR APP. Install duckduckgo and enable app tracking prevention and see how your security camera is spying on you . never trust iot devices . they are all stealing data for no security purposes. Location is NOT needed for security in any way. MIT , Princeton are my qualifications. Find open source app if handling home security yourself. HOME ASSISTANT is BEST .
they added ads with newest update super bad
Pretty much useless. When the app gets in the background recording stops. When the screen turns off, recording stops. No recording when phone gets disconnected. No interval snapshots.
App will not stay on for continuous viewing. It did at first for over 2 years.
The only purpose of this app is to make you pay for monthly subscriptions. The camera is working but I can't access it over WiFi or 5G.
I purchased the AI Subscription for two of my devices, seems to work fine, also purchased Cloud as a backup for my sd card, bought for one camera everything works fine again, but tried for my second camera not so good. Prior to the new update mind you everything worked perfectly, no one of my cameras is refusing to be identified by the Cloud Subscription, keeps having me install the device which is already working!

I got a new phone Galaxy S26, it will not work on that, neither will Igeek camera app, or an emulator I have on my computer. They are selling cameras that thi oftware will o longer work on for newer models. The Cameras are not useless. No email response at all.
when you click on a specific video it starts playing the 1st video rather than the one selected. app used to work, gets worse with every update
Please can you stop with the add for cloud storage that appears on top of my camera views, it used to be in settings, put it back there, I don't want cloud storage I have an SD card in each camera and I will never need it! Remove it or I will use a different app!
app not working
i pay for the subscription and it still eont record 10,20, or 30 sec videos. only records half the motion senses snd only has a few pics. ive tried switching the motion setttingball kinds of ways. this app is horrible. uts not the camera bc the camera was amazing before they started using this app. i paid for a subscription i gave emailed help and feedback about the app and got a 0 response all 10 times ive emailed customer support. they are scammy..
This app has gone downhill, you don't get notifications till 10 minutes after the camera has been activated. Now after this new update it won't play back the video, seriously thinking of changing to a different app.😡

Not reliable. We've had it for a few years now. Continues to be a guessing game if recordings will play, and now even a guessing game of if the live view will load. edit: for now, live stream is working. major lagging for panning the camera around. recordings continue to not play, so good luck if anything comes up as any kind of break and enter evidence I guess. can we have it just function as intended sooner rather than never? it's clearly able to be done; it did when first purchased.
The app is very confusing to use with practically zero documentation. The camera constantly crashes and reboots when you use the PTZ function to move the camera around. Disappointed in my purchase.
