whenever I click on My Subscriptions, the app crashes. so, as far as I can see, there is no way for me to unsubscribe.

Don't trust the allergen filter. I tried to filter out Milk/Dairy and the menu still showed dishes with cheddar, mascapone, and mozzarella. terrible way to manage allergens when the filter does nothing
google login is broken, would not recommend for google users until it's fixed.

no option to remove item after ordering on the app. didn't get my free doughnuts because apparently you can't use 2 emails vouchers and a club Prezzo voucher on the same transaction! took ages for our dessert order to be taken so I ordered on the app but then couldn't remove it as I wanted to check I could use 3 vouchers at once (you can't) all vouchers said can be used with our vouchers, but that's a not true. very poor. food is mediocre and overpriced, never actually get the free dessert .
I am still a bronze member after several visits. I check in with my member number each time but each visit to Prezzo is not recorded
Utter rubbish. got sent an email for 50% off with this app. unable to register as activation code never sent. Will not use Prezzo again.
This app does not work at all. The "activity" section says I'm now silver but the home screen shows me as a "welcome" member with no discounts. I have tried clearing the data, logging out and back in and even deleted the app and reinstalled it again but still no good. It really is a pointless app if it can't even display my status.
App is rubbish there is clear difference between the prices on this app and instore. With the app been more expensive.

great restaurant however mobile app completely full of bugs. 50% off £48 is apparently £12.88
I appreciate the offers but it's all way too confusing when in the restaurant. Staff did not know how to implement it, thankfully the manager was helpful and tried to figure it all out for us. Please make it easier.

Prizes are a con. You "spin the wheel", you win a prize but the Claim here button does nothing. What a Con!!!

very confusing app.Offering £10 off on Referrals and wife referred to you no £10.Love the brand but this new club app needs developing.
Didn't work on your own WiFi! But luckily had enough 4G to eventually get pages to load and payment to go through.
