Dear Vue Cinema Promotions Team, Misleading and disappointing experience with your rewards programme. Since 2023, I have purchased tickets for and watched at least eight films, all of which are clearly recorded in my account under both my Wallet and Movie History. Based on the way your rewards programme is presented, I would reasonably expect to have received some form of reward or benefit by now. Nothing, No Reward.
Crashes 100 percent of the time when looking through coming soon. Why on earth have no way to turn off auto play?

The actual club view stamp page isnt even on the app anymore so what even is the point of it??
Honestly I don't think anyone who built this app has ever used it. Please just let me search by movie and show me options as to where it's being shown.

Bit a faff inputting the codes ect
quicker to use the website directly for booking, don't bother, just get lots of ads and push notifications
poor customer service
I was really enjoying this app as a frequent cinema visitor, but they seem to have gotten rid of the actual rewards with the latest update? Now when I look at the rewards it says nothing and no history, even though my transaction/ticket history correctly shows all the films I've seen recently. Is this an update bug or have they actually gotten rid of the 10th free ticket reward?
Can't book as it keeps going to a different film
I tried 15 times to create a login . all I get is houston is not able to create login. terrible app.
The app ticket stamp is stuck my last 5 movies have not been delivered as as a stamp
was working until I was directed to update. now it won't open.

app doesn't let you book. the worse!! eas on the phone to customer service for 40mins. missed breakfast for my wife's birthday then they told me they couldn't book on the phone and risk losing my seats if I go to the venue to book. disgraceful customer service wouldn't give them less than 1 star if I could!! do not deserve that star!!!
I can't log in
Absolute rubbish. I tried to book tickets and was constantly getting an error, your booking was not completed though you've been charged. Customer service is a mission to get hold of. This company should be referred to trading standards. How can this app be so bad. I was forced to give one star
Doesn't recognise my details and keeps giving me the message "Houston, we have a problem"
Have an account but I can never log in (S24 Ultra device) I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and restarted but it never works. I always get a login error message even though ny details are correct and if I try to register it says im already registered which is correct.
Can't use it to buy tickets online!

Loads of faff to book a ticket.
The app is ok although it's not any real improvement on the original website. As a couple we visit Vue cinema weekly and have been doing so for a couple of years, when the Club Vue free ticket scheme started I wasn't one free ticket which I used, since then I wasn't another which was valid till 22nd April 26 but has since mysteriously disappeared without being used. The app shows no history from free tickets despite my already having redeemed one successfully.
