ETA: The copy-paste response of "We totally hear you. Pop ups can be disruptive and we know that’s not ideal" is getting very old and tired. This app used to be so good, but then encrapification happened. I've gone back to using good ol' pen and paper to track my period - after all, there are no pop-up ads on a physical calendar. Once I've built up a decent tracking history, I'll be deleting Clue.
After using this for years I'm finally giving up and switching to another app. I understand you need to get subscriptions and I'll probably get the same copy-paste response as everyone else but the sheer amount of advertising for your premium service is driving people away. On one screen in Analytics, I can see FOUR separate things advertising it. I accept pop-ups every now and again but it's getting ridiculous. Maybe me and many others would return to this if you'd reduce this even a bit.
used to love this app. then it signed me up for a yearly subscription long after I deleted it and took a LOT of money from my account. be careful and never hook up automatic Google payments.

I paid for premium and now it's saying my password is wrong. When I tried to reset my password they send me a faulty link that leads to a 404 error page! So now I'm locked out! I regret this app so much.

its a scam. i put my date i got my period(5/5/2026 or the 5th of may 2026.) and it says this date doesnt exisit. i try again. it says put in real date.🤬🤬🤬
I can't pair with samsung health, so now I have to insert all my sleep and exercise data by hand..... The app is really cool but if I could connect to samsung health I would keep it.
I no longer recommend this app to friends. It bombards you with its paid version. You will get an ad when you: just open the app, enter any info, try to read any basic article. The free version is basically just a calendar - any analysis is behind a pay wall. I only use this app about 10 min a month but the ads are so frustrating and pushy I am considering manually transferring years of cycles to a new app to avoid this
I really wanted to love this app because its owned by women but its not user friend at all, its confusing to log any symptoms or periods and the options glitch out making it very annoying, I try logging one thing and it takes me 30 minutes because its glitching, I think if they where too fix errors I would retry but this app just isn't very user friendly right now, and its very annoying always asking me pop ups for subscriptions, why would I subscribe if its full or issues?
What the hell is wrong with your app, it has altered my records to fit into a certain number and when try to reduce the days to the exact number it doesn't change. I need those records for medical purposes

Yet another period tracker full of pop-ups and offers. Every time you log a single day, it has a pop up. You can't log multiple at a time, so it's just a dumb game of, log period, exit ad, log period, exit ad, log period, exit ad. Tracker is barely functional. I would describe it as predatory, honestly.
I used to love this app but as soon as it becomes all about money I can't even figure out how to use it. I can't even find what I need because it's all hidden behind paywalls
Cannot register as it doesn't recognise my email address and/or says its already in use. It isn't, nor can I reset my password (because there isn't an account on file..). Stuck in a loop so unable to use! feels like a bug and cannot find any way to report this without having access to the app..
well nevermind that! they never reached out to clearly inform us that they now share our data. wow! They don't share our data like most other apps out there.

The pop-ups are really intense and I have come to despise them. I just want something to track my cycles that wasn't pink. Every time I log anything, I get a pop up. And the thing is, I would be willing to buy the program, but I'm not a subscriber and "getting rid of annoying ads" is not worth $40/year to me. Going to find an alternative.

This period app has good functions & info BUT the types of ads and their frequency is 👎 To enter data I get an unskippable full ad page that I have to sit on & wait for it to 'fake' load then click X inconveniently placed top left. I know about the paid features and I don't need/want the paid version. I wouldn't mind the ads or having to see features everywhere I cannot use if it didn't have me wait. It's made me spiteful, I'll never pay 🤷♀️. Please stop annoying your users.

update based on comment - I do not have any other accounts. I have just been billed for a subscription to this app and have no recollection of downloading the app in the first place or signing up for it. When i try and manage my subscription it goes to Google play subscription and doesn't show the app there so I cannot cancel it. Please stop charging me

"Maybe delulu is the solulu" oh yay wow my period tracker is using mental health terms in a way that waters delusions down completely for their marketing. yayy casual ableism from my period tracker. Misusing mental health terms like "delusional" as slang for wishful thinking (delulu) only causes more stigma and doubt for those who actually experience delusions. I sure wonder how you feel about your mentally ill userbase.
I used to absolutely love this app but now it shows ads to upgrade your account every time you use it which feels really frustrating. The only reason I haven't switched to a new app yet is because all my data is saved here.
Can't log in or sign up The app says I have an account already, I try to send a password reset email and nothing comes through. I try to just make a new account on sign up with email and it says "There has been an error. Check your spelling or try another email" but no other email works! I've made sure there's no spacing, everything spelt right, I've tried 3 emails and nothing allows me in

Horrible don't like the app. why should I have to pay a monthly fee to learn about premenopause update 4/19/2026 even though I didn't like this app used it for years yo track.my personal menopause. got charge for upgrade but never recieved it in the app. they will steal you money for no upgrade. removing app because they stole $ from me and its horrible. Give me my money back and will be set!

fine for using to track your period. but constantly uses push notifications just to try to get you into buying their subscription. like I wish it really was 'my last chance of 90% off' because then I wouldn't have to close the window a hundred more times. 😭 scummy be so for real.

Just started using this again after a few years and functionality is great but EVERY time I do ANYTHING a screen pops up about buying premium. Once a day would be fine but it's: open it - prompt. Log something - prompt. Switch tabs - prompt. I'm not paying another subscription just to track my cycle jfc. Put banner ads at the bottom or something idc just let me use the app in peace. Edit: took off another star because the ads are still near constant please stop
I've used this app for almost 3 years now, it used to be pretty accurate with estimating periods and fertile windows and did help me get pregnant with my little girl. But recently the fertile window estimations are way off, saying that I'll ovulate the day after my period ends! it's making me reconsider paying for a subscription if the estimated tracker isn't using scientific data anymore.
I've had this app for 6 years. I really liked it in the beginning, but the amount of ads for their subscription-based premium version has become so outrageous, I'm considering finding a new app. There is a full screen pop up when you open the app, anytime you click on any new page, anytime your track any new symptom, view your calendar, etc. Please just remove the free version if this is how you are going to treat users!
