Uninstalling. I don't do free trials that force me to give payment info before free trial begins. It says they'll remind you before and you can unsubscribe anytime, but I don't trust that. Too many people have been burned by that tactic. Give people the chance to try free then decide to give payment info later.

Since I downloaded this app ( which was to have a free trial then be 5.97 a month) I counted 135 times since the free trial ended, that they took 55 cents from my bank account, 95 incidents since then.
Not a free app if you need a paid subscription to view anything. 😑

I can't even get in. I created a password and then I couldn't go anywhere. It kept asking me to create a password so I created another password. It takes me to a face page with a picture;. there's nothing to click there's nowhere to go it's almost like a mock-up. I have a feeling that like other people I would have to give them my credit card information but I don't even have that option anymore. I'm a little disappointed to see something like this from Joshua Becker.

NOT A FREE TRIAL IF YOU HAVE TO GIVE PAYMENT DETAILS I was excited to sample the app and see if it would benefit my journey, but I am not willing to give permission for you to take a monthly subscription starting in 14 days. I've been caught out before with "free trials" that require a monthly commitment, fortunately the bank alerted me and I was able to recover the money that was taken, then I had to destroy that credit card and wait for a new one. I'm not risking that again.
Ugh, I can't take this dump. I can't sign up when I won't subscribe to your free trial. I uninstalled this immediately, if you want to make money go somewhere, this app should help us declutter, but this trash is the real trash.

Uninstalled immediately, as so sick of give me your card details even before trial begins. Asking for card details once my trial has finished I could understand but even before you see whats on offer, no thanks. I did this too often and payments taken out even when I cancelled, so not falling for this "give me card details, we wont take payment till after 14days" nope nope nope!
Ugh, no. I immediately uninstalled this app because of the free trial offer. I didn't explore the contents, because living a clutter free life includes avoiding unnecessary subscriptions that add up to financial clutter.
Yeah, nup. Immediately uninstalled. Didn't get to see what they had to offer. Tired of the 'give us your credit card for a "free" trial' trick. What's free about a subscription that you need to remember to cancel and double-check it was cancelled, and hope they're not billing you under some obscure company name?
Monthly fee
This app completely stopped working for me. Just an endless loading screen. I was part of the pre-order and didn't find it as customized as I hoped, but took a break from it and decided to give it another chance.
Cant seem to get app to work just get stuck on the set up page then nothing happens
Can't try without paying a subscription fee. Would gladly pay the price but not a recurring fee, especially since I can't see what I'm paying for to give it a try first.

It's a checklist. The extra features just make decluttering more tedious. Why would I want to track every item I eliminate? It's also not worth the subscription fee. In fact, you can't even try the app out without agreeing for a 14 day trial.

I was excited to use this app till I opened it and was hit with a monthly cost immediately and nope not paying to use it. I would pay for extras if i wanted them or a one off to use the app but not an ongoing monthly cost quite distasteful really.
Like others, I wanted a free trial without initially subscribing. Per the reviews, specifically the one dated 4/2/20, this was supposed to be an option. When I couldn't access this, I reached out and was told that this us no longer an option. I uninstalled. No credit card number unless I know I want it. Potential customer lost..
Remember the good old days when FREE meant FREE? Offers a 14 day free trial, yet after installing, I can only access this "free trial" if I first agree to a paid subscription and give payment details :( Also curious why this app would need permissions to see who I call on my phone.

I have downloaded this app several times and contacted customer support because I cannot get the free trial. After being burned roo many times, I no longer give credit card info to get free trials. If you want me to try something, then let me try it with no string attached. After I saw that a no strings trial was being offered, I was willing to try. After several emails and uninstall/reinstalls, I still cannot even get into the app without signing up. Sorry, no thanks. If you ever get this fixed, let me know.
The app keeps crashing at the log in screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it 5 times and it does the same thing. Haven't even been able to try it!
Great concept but I can't get it to work after I login
I'm totally bummed about this app. I'm so excited to try it. I downloaded with no problem. I opened it, created password, then when it went to next screen it stayed blank. At first it showed the 14 day trial, but only less than a second. Then stayed blank. I restarted my phone, in case of something wrong with it. Tap app to open still on blank screen. Uninstalled & reinstall. After reinstall and open app my account with password is still set up, so I just signed in. But same thing. Blank screen.
Perhaps if I was able to use it then it'd be useful...? I subscribe to Simplify magazine, and saw this in an email. Downloaded today, and was excited to read and see what it was about. First thing when opening the app it says "an update is available that must be installed." So I clicked Continue, but nothing happens. Why would a brand new downladed app, which shows no updates in my Google Play Store, need an update? And, it doesnt do anything when clicking Continue.
It's OK but common sense. Good if you need validation. Unfortunately it crashed 3 times and sent my phone into black screen. Uninstalled.
Subscription required
Tried downloading this once only to discover that had to subscribe first to get free trial. Immediately uninstalled. Received an email this morning saying they were lifting the mandatory subscription. So I reinstalled only to find out the mandatory subscription still in place. Would like to try before buying.
Every time I open the app and hit house it crashes and closes. To date, I've not even been able to open the app to find out about it.
Expensive and so poor app
It isn't upfront that this is a subscription. Although it says it has in app purchases, it never says subscription. I would have been incline to do the free trial if that information was forthcoming. However, it makes it feel that there will be more surprise expenses down the road. Too bad. This looked worth it. You should look at being upfront about it being a subscription.
For shame...or should I say for sham. A fee? Really? Here I thought you wanted to help. But it's looking no different than any other money-making sight. Where you make the money and I still am in debt. Not cool.

$5.95/month is too pricey! I prefer a 6 month or annual model. Hopefully those options will be available for a reasonable price in the future for me to try. Plus for an app that is rated poorly this is overpriced! Sorry Joshua, your tips are great but the app needs work.
I could not move photographs from my phone to the app. So before and after did not work for me. Huge disppointment. Still, dividing our house into rooms with tasks was helpful. I love Joshua Beckers talks on youtube but this app did not win my heart.
I subscribed but then they put the price up. Very ordinary IMO.
I installed the app today and set it up with difficulty. The login page would not accept my password no matter how many times I changed it, but it finally did. Now, the app will not load at all. I paid for this a while back, I believe, the pre-order.
Ridiculously expensive after the 7-day trial---$6/month or $50/year. Hard to justify when the same advice is available for free.
