This app keeps getting worse and worse. Orders now take an extremely long time to complete and it only executes them if you put the limit significantly above market price. They are scalping money off the top of every single order you make. This is essentially a scam and should be reported to the ACCC.
Edit- Issues persist after months of waiting for a resolution of compensation. Some stocks show as as zero value holdings. You can't buy or sell the stock move platforms. Adding money to the account can take days to appear as well. I got some apologies but I don't think that with reccurring issues that's enough given the losses you incur as a customer.

I am already using the latest version of the app, including the update the developer referred to, and I am still being asked to enter an SMS code on top of the fingerprint login. That is the whole issue. The fingerprint should be enough, or at least there should be a smoother and more consistent MFA process. Right now it still feels clunky and unnecessary, especially when other financial apps handle this much better.
This app is extremely frustrating to use. The mandatory MFA every single time you open it makes the experience unnecessarily slow and inconvenient. There’s no option to remember the device or reduce the frequency, which is a basic feature in most apps today. Instead of improving security in a smart way, it just creates friction for users trying to do simple tasks quickly. This seriously needs to be fixed or at least give users more control over authentication settings.

Also frustrated with having to input an mfa code every time I log in. Otherwise it's a perfectly good app. Please listen to feedback and fix it.
full 2fa ever 3 minutes is a joke! completely tanked the app!
this app is incredibly frustrating - signs me out repeatedly and I have to enter my credentials again. even when I'm using the app it will sign me out and I have to use multifactor to get back in again
Don't like being forced to download this app or Authenticator just to log in.

you cannot print your confirmations on this app unlike the old one using a tablet or phone it with only do it on a laptop

Unable to open my account. Doesn't recognise my finger print & does not give me a password option. Have been unable to access my account for over 6 months.
app crashing on launch. s10 is still a strong phone, ok, it may be 6 years old and running on a older Android version but like come on. This shouldn't be affecting my experience.
I tried to create an account and due to some error it wasn't successful. so I tried to do the process again and it wouldn't let me. It turns out my email is now not usable and I'll have to use a different email ID to create an account. What nonsense is this? I already tried logging in to continue the process. it doesn't let me. the customer centre told me to create a new email ID as due to some reason I will not be able to use my existing email ID.

Been getting an unreasonable amount of hang ups and outright not being able to log in recently. please sort it out or I might have to move to new brokerages.
I couldn't use the app to set up a withdrawal bank account. So I tried to go through the website, but the website didn't allow phones or ipads access, only through the app. Then, once I had set up the nominated account through someone else's computer, the withdrawal transfer failed to process and was stuck pending. Customer service said I needed to cancel the withdrawal and do it again, but guess what? That couldn't be done through the app...
App is still consistently presenting same login issues, expires session as soon as I logged in, for days, so seemingly not a timeout issue... Only resolution seems to be a device reboot, there's better broker apps out there, 1/5 score rings true... Works once after reboot, then errors out on subsequent login attempts... Appreciate help from support, but this app has continued to replicate the same behaviours, consistently, waste of space on my phone if I can't use it..?? Check logs...
useless
Sometimes order notes get lost, with no hopes of getting them back. my order notes for almost all orders are lost. I raised issue with you guys, 12 August, it's been about a month now, no useful updates, notes are still lost.
👎.LOTS of "investment" spam emails. PLEASE DELETE ME FROM YOUR DATABASE. LOTS of id. RE-CHECKED 3 TIMES. Will not accept login detsils. "Sorry We weren't able to verify your identity. You can: Go back - check if you’ve entered the correct Name, Address and Date of Birth". UNINSTALLED.
basic rubbish, cannot do any technicals.
It logs out easily. Extending timeout will be up to 4 hours and still not practical. For bank apps, we can easily use PIN to login but for this app, we should enter our long password every time.

Doesn't work. uninstalled and reinstalled. had a version that did work until latest update
useless compared to desktop login reduced detail cant tell when looking at groups profit and loss or can't find full profit and loss if it's there it's not easy to find. Waste of time wish I could just log in to Web based but just keeps trying to install the useless app on android..

Good clear platform and simple to use and track your investments. HOWEVER user beware. To get your money transferred back to my own account to use, it is near customer service abusiveness. Delays, requesting more and more details, even already sent. It is a merry-go-round I want to get off. I am going to Commsec
used to work well now asks for push notifications every time I try to log in and takes ages to validate. will aim to switch, absolute garbage now.
Trading in international shares stopped unexpectedly. Couldn't sell or buy shares. And the tech support is unhelpful, very slow in responding. If you are a serious trader on international share markets, the app has become unreliable and there is a real chance you could lose money due to the unexpected glitches in the app.
Poor experience. High fees. Be aware on the $60 brokerage fee on most international markets. They also make it impossible to add a linked bank account for withdrawals if you are on mobile. There is no option to add an account on the app, and when trying to log in on the website, you get redirected to the app. Only up side of this app is an intuitive UI (except their charting sucks).
I really don't like the new app design and layout.
