Hardly worth it. Half the time the vouchers don't work and the staff won't/can't override the tills. Ask you to call customer services. Waste of time.
I added membership cards to Samsung Wallet, (Co-op & Tesco) because both shop have poor reception. (I think it's deliberate so you cant get the discounts), Anyway, Tesco one works every time, but Co-op NEVER works when I scan it. The only time it works is when I Physically type in the card number at the self-service. It won't even scan at a manned til. Hi Jess, Thanks for your response. I tried that and it said card invalid. I keyed in the card number and it accepted it.

I don't really understand why Co-Op app needs to launch an external browser when trying to sign in... it just causes problems. Just sign in natively within the app please Co-Op developers, stop trying to be clever with return values.
complete scam when you try to purchase pre-sale tickets for concerts. Co-op forces you to sign up and pay their membership, and the all pre-sale for ticket doesn't work.
It has stopped showing the two offers that i picked this Monday 20th April 2026. The app just shows the choose offers option. When I choose an offer it flags up something is wrong. The usual uninstall, sign out, sign in do not work. It is obviously an app issue.
was in store decided to download app, messed about signing up then you made me pay £1 to join. I did then went to login to be told my account locked. waste of time I won't be calling you up I won't be shopping at Co Op

The offer I applied to the bakery section did not work on the bakery section product using the awful self service till.
selected offer in app, got to store, item out of stock unable to select alternative offer so missed out, happens regularly, for a brand that claims to be customer focused this element seems very inflexible.

Does not work if you live in the south, apparently I nerd an orange card, like the person next to me in the shop didn't know. We were told we need the Southern app, witch doesn't exist, total scam.

Do not bother with the membership registration. I had three offers in my account that should have met the requirements for my purchase.
Logs me out randomly , usually just as I am about to pay which costs me money. You dont need to log me out. It's a loyalty app not a banking app. Please stop

Followed all advice about reloading app and clearing cache....will not let me add any offers: "Something went wrong. Please try again." Hopeless.

When the app works its good but can be temperamental, this week can't load any rewards. It just keeps saying something went wrong. Really annoying & will stop me shopping in co-op until this is fixed.

Personal offers rarely work. This is the whole purpose I have the card. "Something went wrong" is the prompt I am met with when I try to access it. It works maybe 1 out of 20 times. It's utterly ridiculous that such a basic app function rarely works. Disappointed.
I deleted the app and I downloaded it again and it won't let me sign in as this app has so many bugs in it , please can you send me an update to fix this.
makes me sign in every time I'm at the checkout. but the mobile service in the shop is so poor it takes a long time and the long queue behind gets even more upset than it already was.
Total groceries delivery pricing sc@m! More expensive including discounts than anywhere else with such bad app design! My last order!

impossible to access
Almost never works in store. Randomly logs you out just when you be think it's about to work. The only supermarket where your app suddenly won't open, as well. Also, yes you can save it to your Google wallet & that doesn't actually mean your "offers" actually get applied... Just fix it Co-Op, instead of trying to blame us. If you notice, a lot of the 5 star reviews say or imply the same thing.
Poor - doesn't show all the offers
I'm not wasting my time with an app that doesn't allow me to use my VPN. None of the other shops has this issue, so I don't understand why you do. I know the excuse you have, but I don't agree with it. I've told you my home address, you don't need my constant location updates.
This app does not function like Morrisons and tesco giving you the ability to view products in a local store without having to choose whether to click and collect or have a delivery. Therefore your app has received a 1 star rating
Hopeless excuse of an app. Despite daily use it still likes to log me out several times a week, and when it does, some selected offers fail to be redeemed. Using Google wallet completely fails to address the issue. If Lidl, Screwfix etc can all build strong reliable apps, then why can't you?!
An app, like many, that leaves us clueless. It is so poor and user unfriendly. How do I scan a QR code within the app? I received an offer from Co-Op but must scam a code within the app and there's literally no support or direction on where anything is. Waffle response could be incoming but I'd rather it didn't.

Shop and Save! Yeah, as long as you can get parked (for me this is a disabled space, as I use my chair 24/7) and you can do all your shopping within 30 minutes!!!!!!! If I'm going shopping, I'm doing a big shop all at once - I only have a certain level of energy. my point is - at the Co-op in Warsop, Notts, England, I received a parking ticket for doing my shopping!!!!!!!
most pointless membership ever, ive been so displeased with the local shop and the poor deals and offers. I have now cancelled my membership and no longer will use a co op in future

Forcing yourself to get a club card ( and pay £1 for it ) in order to get normal prices. Otherwise you'll pay double. Hopefully you'll go bankruptcy

Used to work OK now it's an epic struggle every Monday to get to the offers. took me 30 minutes today and I had to uninstall and reinstall app. I dont know what to add! This app rarely works and it's a huge effort to sign in. I'll go in off the online site as usual
if you can't get 4g , impossible to use. Then was blocked out , card froze. Impossible to rectify online . Poor experience. Gave up shopping in coop, as without membership app , way to expensive. Not good to see offer prices , you cannot access.
