For a month I have been trying to enter the First Light Competition across 3 different Sony Android phones. I have tried many different "techniques" (mobile data, clearing cache, uninstalling etc.) to try get it to operate. Bottom line - it does not work, just to clarify I have no problems with other apps on these phones. I finally heard back from Coca Cola support today who told me that you can only enter the competition through their dysfunctional app. It deserves less than a star.
can't not verify my profile via email, so cannot login in

coca cola may be making one the most beloved drinks in the world but they sure can't build any apps, this is pure garbage, not worth the occupied storage space
crashes on boot so can't use the app. trash
fix your app the in browser isn't working properly, the fact that you sign in the app and yet to take part in any competition you have to sing in again via the non working web is so silly
unknown error during code activation
Pls stop asking about activating notifications every time I open the app. Add proper support for foldable phones so app split works correctly. Stop printing gray text on green Sprite caps, it's almost impossible to read.
Funny i can not install on my device
Ireal cum in 2026 nu te poti conecta sau crea un cont in aceasta aplicatie, imi trimite acel link pe email si imi da erare, am trimia de cel putin 10 ori!!!Cum mama masii de au ales desteptii aia din IT care au creat aplicatia sa iti trimitq un link pe email cand toti iti trimit un cod simplu pe care il poti copia fara erori?
Everytime it asks you to sign in it says it will send a code, but no code, just proceed button to press on the email recieved, once you do that it takes you to log in page which gives an error abd you can't sign in. Repeated this 3many times over last number of days and same thing. Please delete my data as I am now uninstalling.
not intuitive at all
I can't log into the app. The app asks for a code but I am not getting it on my email. I get 2 missing images since yahoo is not displaying them and when I click Proceed it takes me to a 403 error page. Why can't you just email the passcode in a txt format
2026 UPDATE - Still not working right, now when I try to register code or go to my profile it gives me "an unknown error, try again later" and nothing is loading for a few days now!
completely broken app. doesn't open
can't scan my James Bond cans. the "magic" link doesn't send to my email and it just says it's lost connection. I promise my internet works.

Stopped working a while back. Doesnt open anymore. The image jumps and then closes immediately. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Cleared cache and all. No changes.
stáhla jsem aplikaci, ale ta nechce potvrdit verifikační kód, takže se do ní nemůžu dostat, zkusila jsem to pětkrát a pořád nic, pro mě tudíž aplikace k ničemu 😥

it doesn't accept my codes, giving me error all the time, saying that i don't have internet "connection lost" even tho i have internet. i tried 3 different codes and still constant error. when i scan the QR code, takes me to website to download the app even though i have it downloaded.
can't get into the app , mailed them but never got a response back been mths now
scam I can't even enter any competition.
