bought less than a year ago and camera has stopped video recordings

Used to work well. Since the last update, it tries to open, but then just closes down.

with the latest update, crashes whenever I launch the app, I'm umable to use tbe app

Totally frustrating. Always "Establishing encrypted channel" or "trying to reconnect". Unable to set up to detect people whose dogs mess on our lawn. Would not recommend or buy again

useless garbage , connection always timing out , Extremely unreliable. if you bought a coco cam then this app will make you regret that decision camera is good enough for the price but the app will convince you to refund it.. -for the record my cococam is installed less than 3metres away from my wifi moderm- @devs your app has serious issues and/or youve used cheap garbage chips anyhow thats my expierence....

The instructions in orange text for this specific setting (Humanoid detection) appear to be incorrect or poorly translated ("...frequent false alarm pushes, please increase the sensitivity..."). This is the opposite of how sensitivity usually works. No separate switch for activating motion and Humanoid detection, resulting in false alarms (wild animals etc.) This app needs fine tuning don't simply "pass on" feedback and suggestions, that's snake oil. Guarantee the changes.

I don't know why it isn't connecting and I've returned two products already because of this problem... please fix your connection problems.
