I had a 150x multiplier coupled with my play netted me billions in gold coins. however, when I sent the screenshots to tech support....they gave me a few free spins and said that the game didnt mess up. even though I had screenshots after the third time it happened. I advanced rather quickly and the incentive was a 3rd party app that awards me based on completing a task in a certain amount of time. I have a ton of time to spare but figured id log in,but im locked out of my account.

The game is fun but they have absolutely the worst customer support I've ever encountered. I made in app purchases that disappeared from my account and even though I provided proof of it in screenshots, they continued to ignore them and say my rewards were paid out. if I could give them negative 5 stars I would. Absolutely terrible experience when I encountered an issue.
coin master game is worst or very very bad game not enterten it's just a time waste game or bad mind
as of today I changed from 5 stars to 1 star because zero isn't an option. I had 13 thor tokens to use and was at Max Thor level with big rewards but it changed to a jackpot wheel with beginner rewards and I'm on level 377. The game is rigged, Increasing your spins for any side game you'll win less. Magical land at this level is a joke also. Big costs smaller rewards. Do Not Waste time or money on this games. 5stars-5stars =0Stars is my rating
absolute load of rubbish once you get into the game the little icons appear on the side 15 on my screen so far all asking for money the spins dry up I go back every 3 days my wife every 4 she has now uninstalled it and I have already done
This game use to be enjoyable now it's becoming a money grab. No way I have to continously spend money to advance. I will be deleting. Imagine that and I'm on village 416 been stuck for months. The developers want money & keep sucking you in by creating more in-game mini-games. Very tasteless and disgusting of them to pry on gaming-consumers.
I play All the time and it keeps saying there's no service and retrying it's been doing this for almost a month
