this the most aggravating app ive ever fooled with the actual app may be fine...but never got to the point to use enough to know anything about it ,,first it held a deposit and coin purchase for a week with an account linked with plenty to cover it why a week I do not know ....then it was a never ending story of havinv to verify identity on every transaction I did wouldnt take passkey go back reset everything,,same result took picture of ID said it was blurry never told that on any transaction

I couldn't believe that they charge you every time you a transaction is made to sell a share. I get it you guys are trying to make money but for every transaction though to sell you make money. Fidelity is free. I thought I just put that out there

an absolutely garbage app. I have to constantly put in the two-step authentication. half the time it doesn't even work or it has a technical issue. this is insane especially considering people travel and don't always have access to their mobile networks. mostly I just don't like how poorly the app functions, how laggy it is, how often as technical issues, and most importantly that it puts the impetus on the user to fix these things or bash their head in

deposited money and they put a unavailable hold on $136 which wasn't invested and now it's gone. hours on with support they said let's just hope it comes back.
Coinbase raised my membership level without authorization for $60 which overdrue my account causing a $25 fee. I contacted support and they said I had to wait 7 days to file a complaint. I'm being charged $85 for something that costs $4.99. What kind of reputable company charges you without authorization and then once they realize they made a mistake they make you wait a week to file a complaint? How can you trust them with all your crypto when they can't correctly handle a $4.99 membership fee?

TERRIBLE! Stay away! Can't get support on phone AT ALL! Only can chat with someone in a far away land. Once they have your money, kiss it goodbye. They will also automatically withdraw money from your account without you knowing! Trying to get a refund now while "customer service" is screwing with me. I'm writing these reviews so it's not just a waste of my time while i've been dealing with "customer service" for a long time! Run as fast as you can from this app!
The fees and spreads are one thing, which is a lot. But, the app freezes all the time in the worst possible moments. Making me close the app, open again and then it finally works. This every day costs me a lot of money because this time slipping causes the price to move a lot. This app is only good for long term investor and not for a day trader or swing trader.
transferred usdt to coinbase because of they don't support it that is why I lost my money
terrible all the way around, fees are the most of any crypto trade, clunky at best. verification took days and support wasn't very good at resolving it, friendly just no answers. Moved to another and much better right from the start.
worked fine one week, with transactions a breeze. the following week all verification lost at your end , can't pay anyone or access my money to even withdraw it for another week. utterly useless, revolut does everything I needed I should have stayed with it . now sat on 1600+ gbp for 7 days till I can do anything with it.

I genuinely don't know how anyone can use this. The app itself is terrible and coinbase as a whole doesn't let you do anything. Locks or restricts your account for no reason and customer service is super slow and not helpful at all. In the end, I just closed my account and moved on somewhere else.
I get nothing but errors when trying to add bank account and debit card.
This app sucks. They charge for every move you make and then keep ya from getting your money if your below a certain amount. Its a money grab DONT DO IT
Coinbase continues to be a ripoff, I sold over two hundred dollars in crypto which never deposited to my acct. I called twice and spent an hour and a half on the phone to be told you will receive a call back from a supervisor to assist your matter. Of course both times I never was called. As of now I am so done with coinbase it is criminal how they treat their own customers. I would advise anyone to go elsewhere because when you cash out your account will you really get your money? 💰. I say no.

one would think that an exchange that has been around for so long, and has the highest fees around, app/system would be able to keep track of the profits and losses.. I'm sure I might be ok if you buy and hold but when you start closing portions for profits system doesn't know which way is up

Checking Account Restricted - Can't be fixed according to customer service. They say they can only escalate the issue if all payment forms are restricted. In other words, all payment forms that charge fees work but not the one that doesn't and they want to keep it that way.
