But was just charged the full amount of the subscription! And can't get my money back! My account the said canceled before now says it's "canceling" would rate negative stars if able.

I cancelled the subscription on the app weeks in advance somehow I was still charged and my money was taken don't use the app I am so angry. How can you take my money when I already cancelled the subscription. The app is a scam and very unprofessional. I have already sent an email to your customer support and even now I will not be getting my refund. until then, this app will continue to be a scam. Simple this app is a scam.

too generic doesn't give you a value just a generic range like $1-$1000 +
it doesnt really tell you anything you wont find with five seconds of googling. i figured id try it because im someone who KNOWS my coins so i wanted to test the app. while i didnt get the same issue some people are where it charged for a free trial, i did see that it really does not give any information outside of what the average person knows about rare coins. You'll have a better chance emailing your local antique store.

I participated in the three day trial with notion that if (at least 24hr before it ended) that my card would not be charged any fees. I chose to cancel because the app didnt provide any value to my coins and it did not identify coins correctly. well guess what? Today my card was charged $24.99 for the bi-weekly subscription fee. I canceled on June 16th at 9am, which was 48 hours before the trial was over. I NEED MY MONEY REFUNDED IMMEDIATETLY!!! I have screenshots of my cancelation w date/time
I paid $12.99 for a trial of 1 week. Let me tell you that it does LESS than Gemini or any other app that scans for free. They tell you every penny I scanned was 1 cent to $1400. This is a complete waste of money and u don't know it til you spent the money. I WANT A REFUND! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

ok I got a two day free trial.thinpaid for a week 8.99 total onley proublum was when my smartphone kept messing up own uploading info for my dang phone I had to turn my smart phone off thin the outher coinapp coinlin with books tools .it was put own andit changer u mixd up fast.outher thinthat great .it works.mb
