I'd rate it lower if possible. I read the ad, it seemed interesting, I looked at the reviews and they were fairly positive. I saw that one person was accidentally charged for the "Free 7 day trail" but he contacted support and was refunded right away..... seemed okay I guess so I was careful to choose the free trail....and choose the 10.99 plan for after the trail. I was immediately charged the 10.99 ...but I figured customer service would help me. They did not. They refuse to refund it. SCAM

stay away from this app. you pay $29 for the "Full program"... that is not true. the useful features are behind another paywall. there are "guides you must pay for on top of the "Full program" you just paid $29 for. I contacted them to complain about the additional guides. In the Playstore I asked if the guides were included and was told "Yes" uh.. nope. its a scam, dont buy this. Dont waste your time and money.

it doesnt say you have to purchase in order to use but you should lead off with that cause i wouldn't of downloaded it. I can get the free information off the internet i dont need an app I have to pay for. they only allow 4 times to look at a coin then you can't without buying the app and subscribing to it. I can get anything for free on internet why would I spend money on an app? Guess people do but I dont i have a large family and I dont buy any app on my phone I dont spend any money on apps.

Scam. I am so pissed right now. I believe I downloaded this from a facebook ad and was genuinely interested as I have many coins I wanted to sell. off the bat they charged me $10.95 for the "free- trial" and $29.99 for some guides which on the page never said there was a cost associated with accepting them. It just asks if you want these guides. No price was mentioned. Customer service email: I can't get a refund cuz I joined from face book BS. Give me my money back. I don't want your service.

it's not free to scan my coins wth
I bought a lifetime membership. It stopped working correctly. I contacted support and they tried to help. Nothing worked. I paid for ANOTHER lifetime membership because I liked the app when it worked! It also didn't work correctly. I'm out 100 bucks! I'm retired and living on a budget. I couldn't afford to lose that 100 dollars! I only have my coin collection. What am I supposed to do?
even after I canceled after first day , it wasn't what I wanted they proceeded to charge me $28 on thurs and again today on sat it's a scam company that's willing to take all and every bit of your money dispite their policies

This app charge me $4.99 every time I scanned a coin. And it was supposed to be a 7day free trial
paid the $49.99 for the lifetime use and after the free days no more use and customer service can't or won't verify the purchase even with the screen shot of my debit card proof so I guest iam out of fifty bux and the name on the paperwork is plantln just like theirs.
well honestly I wouldn't even give it 1 damn star it's a bunch of bs it ain't anything like the preview or ads at all so I dont recommend this app

Thus app is equal to all other coin apps that are highly inaccurate, 1st ten scans were wrong and the scans were clear. Does not check for errors as advertised. If you have AI on your phone use it, highly accurate, the best coin identifier and its already on your phone.

not good. I deleted this app, couldn't get a hold of them to stop my payment out before my free time was over. well they are hard to find a number. so I have fad 2 different payments taken out. I would like both refunded back to me. pleae
It didn't give any info or gather info to make a precise amount of value and the lack of info is even worse! I even got scammed to make another purchase!

this app steals your money and doesn't apologize for any theft and Google play helps them buy giving the b.s.runaround

I purchased a lifetime. The app wouldn't open. I spent a week emailing back and forth with the "tech support" who couldn't even find my account despite me showing receipts, pictures and videos. I couldn't get a refund because apparently my account didn't exist to them though I had a receipt to prove my purchase.
Coin identification is limited to a range of dates. Value is also a broad range determined by the prices set on coins listed on the sight. Subscriptions for the app are separate and billed in addition to a web subscription. Completely disappointed.
I canceled my subscription because I was being charged 8.55 twice each month.
