It takes forever to get rewards, I had multiple times I was missing coins, most of the time there is only 2-3 games to choose from. They blocked my account just because I accidentally scanned a receipt twice. It was an honest mistake and I had to write an email to get my account unlocked. I've had the app for about 2 months, I've cashed out a decent amount of money but the hassle it was to get it just really wasn't worth it

Love the coin app.but it takes way way way too long to higher coin amounts. Love the games .but it takes way way way too long for your coins to build up or add up.Plus you don't get enough coins to help you reach the higher amounts. this app could be better honestly. it's kinda a disappointment.
this app sucks. it's stupid. it redflags reciepts that are not duplicate. no one ever helps. cant spend coins how you want, it goes by levels. depending on your level thats what you can spend. example...I have 6000 coins. but can only soend 3000 cause my level wont let me spend more.
Downloaded the app to my smartphone with no issues BUT, when I tried to attach other accounts it wouldn't complete the action and kept cycling back to start all over. Not worth the aggravation, and stopped using the app.
you click to open the app and nothing happens It just sits there and then if it does open and you do take a picture of a receipt it takes 5 years for it to do anything what is wrong with your app fix it man it's stupid,, if it doesn't work don't have it out here on the Play store,,,fix the camera,,,,you take a picture and nothing happens,,,fix your dern camera, and sometimes when you do take a picture it just sits there and then says it doesn't recognize the store no matter if you're right on it
it gives me coins then it takes them back so not working for me uninstalling.
I tried to log in but I keep getting a message saying that the code I entered is not valid. I don't understand why since they sent it to me less than twenty seconds ago.
I have been trying for 2 weeks to get customer service to contact me because they owe me over 3,000 coins and my email seems to work when they want my e-receipts but it doesn't seem to work when I want to contact them about missing coins kind of funny don't you think? self-serving if you ask me
I was ripped off for $10. Before I could cash out for it my. account was suspended for no reason. Don't bother about playing this app. They kept not giving me credits for my game play even after sending. multiple screen shots. Definitely not worth the time to only be disappointed. If I could rate it a negative zero I would.
now going on a full month with no games to play at all under the coin play tab. I have cleared cache, signed out and back in and even tried to use the very UNHELPFUL chat box prompts. no one has reached out and there have been no changes as far as game apps being added to my game offers tab. how do I get a real human rep for help otherwise I might as well just be using Fetch only as this app doesn't offer as much per receipt. very dissatisfied
worked great for the two cash out that I have had all of a sudden I cannot cash out $25 it won't let me it says the code that they sent to me is invalid even though I can clearly see what the code is I am completely deleting the app now apparently it is false leading
Don't waste your time with this app. As soon as you try to cash out they will lock out your account. SO DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR STORAGE SPACE.......STAY AWAY.........
I can't even cash in my rewards for a gift card since everything is locked. I have over 37000 points. and you can't talk to anybody on the phone to get a straight answer. so I am just going to keep getting 3.00 gift cards till I use them up and the delete the app. I would advise you not to get this app. I let them use my data and never was rewarded for it. I had enough points to get a 25.00 dollars gift. so I would advise you not to download. this is my opinion and customer support was no help.
Dont waste your time on Coinout app i was submitting my receipt from my purchase , play games to get ponits, i made it to diamond level went to cash out points, and it blocked my acct. i reached out Coinout support and they stated it was do to a list of things. Its just a big SCAM ,
looks great but asks for all your other apps passwords and somehow it changed my email password. it scared me and I deleted this app.
When installing the first time it assumed I had an account. I reinstalled it. Then you have to wait for a confirmation email. Three different times I hit the resend confirmation button and nothing. I did a search and it appears Windows (ever ready to remind me of my life) I had it and uninstalled it because I never received rewards for the effort put forth and my device kept having issues when adding information. what a waste of time!

An excellent group to work with ik completing missions within the app as well as submitting receipts. I've never experienced any problems whatsoever whenever redeeming coins for rewards. I look forward to doing more with this app ik the future. update: Yall please stop sending me the $30 Nift gift card offers. Nift is a scam in my eyes because there's no actual gift to be gotten, only a subscription to some service that they offer thats gonna cost you money!! Ill change my review once I see.
the AP still don't open n it's been 2 weeks. it still says exsoeriancing issues try later

Pays. Edit. Reduced to 1 star because Acct banned for TOS right after attempting to cash out. Do not bother using unless you want PROBLEMS. edit number 2. they claimed it was because i submitted receipts which were previously scanned. That is IMPOSSIBLE. They LIE about me and Keep my gift cards as a reward for their bad behavior. Reccomendation: STAY AWAY from this IMMORAL COMPANY. Edit 3. They offered to reinstate my account if I admitted to cheating which I did not. BLACK OUT ALL BANKING INFO

Several apps similar to this are much better as far as payouts go. The amount of time that it takes to get up to $3, which is the minimum cash out, is ridiculous! I've had it for over 2 years and finally cashed out at $3 just to delete the app. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because of the fact that, technically, yes it works and you can make money, but you're going to make it VERY slowly. Connected accts need to be reconnected each login. Fetch & Mistplay have been a lot better for me.
rewards used to be within an hour ..why is it taking so long now?
