app no longer opens
I was able to cash out but now I cannot scan any receipts. Keeps saying it needs a valid email, which it has and I've checked numerous of times, still wont let me scan. Edit: Wish I could give more than 1 review. Still 1 star but now it won't allow me to open the app even with the new update (July 5 '26). This was a good app after the previous post was fixed but if it can't be opened at all then whats the point in keeping it. I will attempt the uninstall-reinstall method.
This app used to be great then it started glitching and stopping. No update available, uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work. I have given up on trying to make this work again. Oh well, it waa good while it worked!
cannot achieve higher level without linking other accounts. when I linked, I got hacked so I unlinked and all is well.

Some things have gotten better, but I dislike how you cant request a another look at the receipt if they claim a problem. i ask them to look at receipts and claim things why its not valid. other receipt apps accept these. the app.is trash i just deleted it, better options.
6/29/26 Update: Second time I lost all my games! And now there are no games available to play, nor the option to even play the games. Time to find another app. I enjoyed this app until all my games disappeared from my list. Not happy at all! Was working just fine until this happened.
Won't open. Hasn't worked in weeks. used to be my favorite reciept app, but now it's horrible!!! deleting if it's not working very soon!!!
This is the worst receipt app so far out of the others. The only acct I've been able to link is my Amazon. My email doesn't link, Walmart doesn't link this is a disaster of a app if u want a better receipt app use Fetch or Pogo those are much more efficient until they fix there bug I don't even want to give it a star ⭐
many glitches, low payouts and they give you trouble when you try to cash out for a higher amount
It was fine before June, but now it keeps crashing even after the recent update. I haven't been able to upload receipts for a whole month and I know it probably hurts my ranking. Please fix it. I want to keep using it.

2nd UPDATE: As many others have said, can't reconnect email. have already uninstalled twice, not going to do that anymore. UPDATE: 2nd uninstal worked. points still there. we'll see if redemption still works. ☆won't open sice update today. tried force stop and uninstall to no avail! one day away from a cashout! 😭😭😭
app crashing. years of using with 25 plus dollars in my account. pleae fix. update i was able to finally get the app to open but now it won't connect my email. back and forth with support. telling me to do this and that but NOTHING WORKS. cashing out. edit...after 2 weeks of email nothing is fixed and they dropped me down 4 levels...wow. any response coin out

I redeemed several $3 Amazon gift cards around May 28th. I got the 1st and 2nd $3 gift cards but the 3rd one was under review. It took a long time and it was still pending and I submitted a help request. I received an email but no follow up at all. I tried to click the reward history tab to check but that history tab has frozen until today. Today I redeemed another $3 Amazon Gift card. Please resolve this ASAP .
apps keeps crashing. Totally useless right now.
Great app, until today, they suspended my account and no they don't respond. Late last week, I played a game and didn't get rewarded, contacted them, the told me to contact the company covering games and I did, that company issued rewards early this morning and shortly thereafter they suspended my account.
the update ruined the app!!! now they're changing the game aspect as well... ugh. I'm probably going to delete the app. fluctuating payouts.. I'm supposed to get 90 days to finish my games .. I have 18 days left and now you guys want to "change the payouts" for the games imagine that... not honorable or honest
This app was great until recently. I have to sign in almost daily, when this was not the case when I first started using it. Also, if I'm not signed in to email, amazon and other accounts, I cannot redeem rewards for more than $5. This also was not the case when I first started using it. Once I redeem all my rewards, I'm not going to continue using this app. Once I have finished redeeming my coin for rewards, this app will be uninstalled.

Why 72 hours to verify your receipt? FETCH APP doesn't take 72 hours for validation, especially with today's Technology. That's ridiculous 😒
Since the new update, I can't find the VIP status page. Where did it go? Did Coinout get rid of VIP? Why must you ruin a perfectly good app with this update? Plus, I can't scan my online accounts. Especially Amazon. I buy a lot off of Amazon and I'm not getting any points for it. After about 5 mins of trying to scan, it says "try again". Latest update blows!

It shouldn't take 7 days to receive a reward .. but it does reward you UPDATE: COMPLETELY CHANGED THE WHOLE GAMING ASPECT. ACTUALLY LIKED ALL THE GAMES I WAS PLAYING. NOW IT WAS A WASTE BC NOWHERE TO BE FOUND AND CAN'T DOWNLOAD THEM TO PLAY ON ANOTHER APP BC YOU CAN ONLY DOWNLOAD GAMES FOR NEVER PLAYED.... THIS SUX!
I have been trying to redeem my points but I never received the email with the verification code. I've tried changing my email but instead they send me an email with the verification code which I do not receive
issues with email connections
wonderful app be careful though no more than three receipts per merchants in one day so don't split your orders up small or go out as a group and use your family's receipts and they don't even have a friend referral program
I've had this app for well over a year and all of a sudden it will not open anymore for me
