Features: Persistent 2fa (not bad, but after a certain point 🤷♂️), VERY limited actions without using browser, high transfer fees, account locked/restricted multiple times after verification with government photo ID and fresh photo holding hand written message, forced into speaking irl with rep and more!!
I had a very negative experience with CoinSpot. My account was restricted and I was asked to provide detailed proof of my funds, which felt intrusive. During this time, I couldn’t access or withdraw my money. Communication was slow and unclear, making the situation stressful. This experience has reduced my trust in the platform. I would advise others to be cautious.
It keeps on forgetting my password. I fix it up and in no time it's forgotten it again, even tho I use a fingerprint to login. Not worth the hassle dealing with it.
I don't like it Irene and I don't get big money.

highest fee ever, aboslute trash support, do not use this, use binance or a major exchange. So much fee taken selling a coin even a stable coin like usdC
Deleted my account when I didn't do anything that was wrong, would recommend Coin Base as a much better option.

ALWAYS an issue to login on the app. Constantly get "error logging in, please try again" over & over again. It's 2025, if your devs still have these kind of issues on a fairly standard basic application then you're not going to make it in the future. Period. I held off making this review for years as I didn't want to lower your rating but honestly, happy to burn this bridge now because you've wasted so much of my time. You aren't worth another log in attempt. I will take my $$ elsewhere.

I been using coinspot since 2022 I don't have drama but this time when I bought a lot of coins they're all gone. I have fully secured password, 2fa and biometric. and I haven't received any confirmation about the transaction. the coinspot team said that my email was hacked but how is that happen if they have a strong security system. I'm really disappointed all my hardwork is gone 😞 😔 😕

The worst experience ever. Change email address - sure, upload a written note with a photo. Want to transfer crypto? A phone call is required. Basically can't do anything without CoinSpot interferring in one way or another. It's absolute BS. Will be closing the account and switching to another the second I can get what little crypto I have out. Although at this stage, I'm about to just write it off and be done with it.

app is glitching on my phone. opens, then a couple of seconds closes.
Why use: 1. Simple. 2. Easy to deposit and withdraw $. Why not: 1. Slim chance to make money. 2. The sell price doesn't follow the chart shown. At least for ETH difference is above $200. 3. They will tell; you agreed to sell price. Reality, you are stuffed, if you followed chart. 4. I am sure their advertised source of income is forex ( app in AUD, crypto buy in USD) and 1% flat fee. 5. Its not that they don't follow chart at all. You do pay Buy price exactly what you see on chart.
cant top up. useless app. even the app customer support is useless.
Bad experience! first time I sent 10kaud from my commonwealth account, exchanged for usdt and sent them to other platform and there was no problem, but second time I did the same with 7kaud and blocked me,they asked for scurity verification, I did it, I received three calls, customer service was rude, asked me thousand of personal questions like what I am gonna do with my money in other platform, why I am moving money to othet platform, and so on. I lost money coz I had to return aud to my bank.
I have an active account that won't let me in even though the sign in and password is correct. Asking for a 2FA code which my authenticator dosnt have.. only an 8 digital number. Thinking coinspot is just a scam. I should need to go to such lengths to sign into MY ACC
useless, way to convoluted can't trust if I'm going to get scammed or not when I want to transfer crypto from another platform they send you a link off platform, most likely to someone else's private wallet instead of generating one for your own. A big red flag to me.
too much rule, too greedy, you can not make money, too many restrictions. when you want to buy a coin, the coin is not allowed for swapping, the coin trading is disabled, etc. what a joke.

App keeps switching to Desktop version
i see so many great reviews, honestly the anount you pay on buying and selling. you lose so much. then they take money off you when converting to cash. this has one of the highest fees, no matter what you read. just try it. i use it but for larger and transactions i want to trade with, i do not use this platform. so very expensive. just cross reference price the coin cost on open market to the coin cost on site
Why does Payid always take a year to deposit the fund every time. it is really annoying .
