maybe the most useless app ever, at least for my phone. takes minutes to connect, confusing interface, just poorly designed overall

it just stopped counting ny steps out of nowhere its freakin annoying and dishonest

歩数が同期されない。
ユーザーログインの概念が分かりづらい。優待で貰ったチケットが無くなってしまった。
zero isn't an option. garbage build, obvious web view, highly exploitable. also, no I am not going to allow Coke to track my location for a free drink every month.
自販機でドリンクを購入しようとしてアプリを立ち上げたらレビューしろとかのポップアップが出てきて邪魔だった。ちゃんと考えた方がよいと思う。
自販機に繋がりにくすぎて、使うたびにかなりもたつくのでストレスが溜まって結局suicaでいいやってなります。 繋がってないのに繋がったとか嘘つかれて延々と待たされたり、酷い時には決済だけされて商品が出てこないなど（一応返金はされるようですが）、キャッシュレスとはいえスマートとは程遠すぎるアプリです。よくこれでリリースできましたね…。QAしてるんでしょうか…。
it's not to good
terrible user interface for English speakers. Connection never works properly.
This app keeps crashing when trying to connect it to vending machines. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't work for a month... I have tried in different prefectures even and still it does not connect. The problem is not the vending machine as I couldn't use it at work, one month later I was able to and then after one month, I wasn't able to use it anymore, again. I'm using a Pixel 8.

Was working fine but it won't let me change payment methods. I would get a no internet connection error despite being connected to internet. I have tried deleting cache and restarting, and it still won't let me change my payment method.
Issue on COKE ON PASS Subscription. The app is great but the new Coke ON PASS subscription feels like a scam. I have been to at least 30 coke vending machines in Tokyo Dome area, Jimbocho, Itabashi and Hanzomon and none of them accepts COKE ON PASS. It has been 3 days since I have subscribed and I have not availed of anything I paid for which is very very frustrating. Coke offered this subscription which initially felt like a good deal but they are just stealing money.

Absolutely slow and the connection is dreadful. Two times I bought drinks and failed to give me any stamps. Uninstalled and never looked back

As with most "apps" in Japan, it is not really an app but is essentially just a shortcut to a poorly-designed website that opens in a locked browser. The layout of campaigns is completely incoherent, and most of the time if you try to go back from any campaign, it will break, you must reopen.

Happy to have an app that rewards you for achieving walking goals. It's very disappointing though because the app you can link it with for counting your steps is very inefficient and unreliable. It's always a couple of thousand steps less than my smartwatch app. I wish it would be possible to link it with much better step counter apps.
