My online order (2 days ago) contains a broken bottle of dosmestos power foam cleaner, and it contaminated a lot of my other food items of the same order. I provided photos when I reported the incident and asked for a refund. I had to repeat 2 times for telling the descriptions. I contacted coles' representative, and they pretended nothing happened. They asked me to repeat everything all over again. No refund has been issued.

careful with the discounts. they don't always apply. shock from a corporation known for ripping of customers
signed up went to check for a confirmation of email address and nothing I go back to app to log in and it accepts my password but email a little frustrating but I'll see if they eventually click on 🙄
Really Really bad App. its laggy, slow. Trying to purchase takes longer than selecting items. Payment dosnt work on VPN. Missing item, your stuck talking to a horrible AI bot. Woolworths app is better.
Drivers will take your order on a tour of the area instead of your address despite selecting and paying for a direct delivery. Doesn't matter if you've ordered raw meat, they'll have it in their car unrefrigerated. They'll squash your breads and fresh produce if they bother bringing any at all because Perth stores can't manage stock and don't use hubs. The chatbot doesn't know what "whole order stolen" means and the phone hold times are insane. Don't bother.
Least favourite app. Takes about 12 seconds to open from picture of Coles. Woolworth opens in about 1 second. 12 seconds to see a photo of tomato's with coles in the middle is a joke!!!!
after using app for sometime cannot get in. coles do not know why app not working. tried all day to get in

it's way too easy to accidentally delete items off my shopping cart. it's annoying cause now I don't remember what was deleted so now you've lost out on $40 on items
not sure what's happened with your drivers but they are always excessively late or never arrive and cancel your order. too bad if people were starving
im not impressed i just paid my order 150$ then though no il need to modify then went to cancel the modification but that in turn cancelled my order everything back in my trolley had to check out again and HAD TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT AGAIN ????? so no food for me n the kids tonight sweet thank you coles as I dont have time or the money now what a stuff around big time cheers not!
items are restricted online to encourage more expensive purchases and delivery times are stretched in the beginning to encourage coles plus delivery in my opinion.
Disgusting customer service! this app is useless! i tried to report that my order hasn't been delivered although it's supposed to be delivered! The delivery partner obviously stole the order and Coles CS couldn't help with anything and asked me to report it to my area authority!! Such stupid and disgraceful service!
If you decide to use Coles Pay, once a month you will be standing at the Coles checkout requesting and entering codes via both email and text message to prove yourself to this app. Not even banking apps behave like that.
Love the app, BUT it lacks customisation. I would prefer to be able to pin my grocery lists and customise their order. Currently, my desired weekly shopping list is half way down my lists and I need to scroll each time to locate it. Please enable the basic functionality of pinning lists to the top. Preferably, top 3. Additionally, please implement the basic functionality of customising the order/layout of each list. Thank you.
cant log in, it says i need an account. so try to create account it says i already have one
NO real time stock availability using app, customer service staff are unhelpful. I have never recieved a full correct order. i do not recommend Coles online for everyday shopping.

It no longer works,can't sign in, cant register flybuys, used to work, have uninstalled reinstalled, blah blah blah, finally figured out that it doesn't work on the Samsung browser
my order was delivered to the wrong address. I had cold stuff in it and was sitting in the wrong place for an hour
(WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP) every online delivery im either overcharged or I'm charged for item's I don't receive this app is just a way for coles to commit theft half the time I can't get my money back from coles the other half I have to jump through hoops for hours
Go too pay. Open app to scan and it just keeps loading. Email two months ago. Still waiting on reply
my review is about very poor quality fruit and vegetables i recieve in my online order almost every time I shop, seriously fed up with it, most of the packaged salad, cucumbers, tomatoes etc, usually have 1 or 2 day's before expiry, PLEASE TEACH YOUR STAFF TO CHOOSE THE FRESHEST POSSIBLE FOR US.. I spend hundreds each fortnight, so I expect better quality standard food. today I binned a full packet of cucumbers that cost me 4.90, already expired I only bought 2 days ago .very unhappy .
I have nothing but issues on this app. When I try to confirm my order (pay), "something wrong, try again later." There money in the bank for it to come out. I have spoken to someone about it & suggested uninstalling it & and reinstalling.. & still the same thing.
I was double charged using this app and the flyby points for downloading this app were never credited. I don't recommend using this app

Coles pay wallet down more often than up. Sick of opening app in store and trying to look at wallet history and app just hangs ... and customer service hang up on you at 5pm, just when people are shopping on the way home. During recent app update, it lost all connections to wallet, so I had to stand at checkout for 20 minutes and repeat the entire setup from the start ... email verification, phone verification, the works. Not a happy customer. Will stick with the wallet that works ... google!
having flybys as the reward system is a joke, you can't redeem your points to get 10 dollars of your shop it's absolutely scam and don't shop there go to woolies better reward system

Repeated login problems on Android mobile. Sent out of app to Chrome to provide log in details, complete process, back to app and not logged in on the app. Repeat process, same happens. Useless when trying to use in store. I've cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled and also changed passwords.
you aren't notified items are out of stock until it's too late to cancel the order. you can't use flybuys points in the app.

Make my shopping list searchable. Everything beginning with 'Coles' is a nightmare to navigate. Also, allow filtering by offers in general search. "Price unavailable" all over the app. Often items do not show up in search results even when the word you searched is in the product name. 'add to list' stupidly adds it as a checked item...

It's not good when you have to check of your order when the groceries arrive home. I'm very disappointed that I can't trust what I've ordered. Today I've received the wrong item and now I have to go through the issue of finding the order number and telling them what I had ordered and what I had received... it's an issue I really don't have time or the inclination of having to deal with... suggestion: get someone to check the order before giving it to the customer!!!
